I did not renew lawn services - in the spring they treated my lawn without my authorization. I called to tell them that I did not ask for their services - and the owner told me they auto renew every customer. I didn't pay the bill - because again I didn't ask/ order the service - and they sent it to collections. I would NEVER use this company again - I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I had been a customer for 7+ years. Honestly, the business doesn't value their customers. I had a new (expensive) backflow device installed by them. It started to leak and didn't even last a year. When they came back out to repair (still under warranty), they later claimed that they never billed me for the original backflow device a year earlier. What?? So they charge me now over a year later? I have an extremely busy schedule with work, family, graduate studies, etc. This is ridiculous that I would be expected to go through figuring out which credit cards or bank account I could have used to pay for this backflow device now over a year ago. I asked the owner to call me TWICE to discuss this, and never got a response. I scheduled a winterization (over a month out) and THEY DON'T SHOW UP. I call the office to see if the crew is running late, and they tell me that the appointment was canceled because my account was ""on hold"" because of the backflow not being paid for!!??Completely ridiculous. Why would they even make an appointment if they were going to do this?? Why didn't they have the courtesy to call and say that they weren't coming vs. keeping me waiting for them that day???....for a supposed billing problem that was THEIR fault! I asked the owner to call me again--no call back. The weather was going to dip below freezing and would have damaged this delicate backflow device. I was left scrambling finding a new irrigation company to come out ASAP this late in the season to do my winterization. Weeks later, still no call back from the owner, but I do get a call from their staff asking for payment again for the backflow device that they claim was never billed over a year ago. I just had it at this point and just gave them a credit card to pay for this bill that they claimed was never billed over a year ago. I told them to remove me off of their client list (after 7+ years), and AGAIN asked the owner to call me back. I never got a call from the owner, despite several requests. So unprofessional and terrible service. This place does not value their customers. Lots of irrigation companies out there-- don't use Nature Plus.

These guys used to be good. When they show up, their lawn treatment products seem better than others which makes this even more frustrating because I want to like them. Unfortunately, I can't get them to show up without calling for each treatment. When I ask to speak to the owner or someone in charge I'm promised a call back by some guy named Jim. Guess what? Jim never calls back. If you ask them when your next appointment is, they have no idea. It's August 20th and they shown up 2 times this year and the second time they only came because I called and begged them to come out and treat the lawn, which still took them 9 days to do from when I called. 2 years in a row of terrible service, and unfortunately the last year I'll deal with this.

Kevin and his crew are incredible. I don't have to remember the schedule. I don't have to call them. The cost is virtually less expensive than all of the ""stuff"" you buy at the store. And oh yeah...they do the work! In addition they use an all organic based fertilizer which not only feeds the plants but also conditions the ground. All I know is that my neighbor spends hours on his lawn with so many products and my lawn looks significantly better that his! Last year while I was enjoying time on the motorcycle, the neighbor was still working on his lawn. Thanks so much Kevin.
