On June 8,2022 I called Jarred Stacy to fix my kitchen sink faucets and under the sink Shut off valve and he was referred by a reliable source. He replaced the faucets with new washers and springs with the hot/cold faucets. He, also, was suppose to replace the under sink shut off valve. I paid him one hundred dollars for this with a check to Nature Calls. Today is JUNE 27,2022, and it still not fix !!!!! I have called him several times a day and text him for a proper receipt of what he actually done and No Response!!!!!! Last words we had that he was busy............ .and I waited all day for him and no show. I told my reliable source not to recommend him to anyone else...I am putting a FULL RED ALert and calling the BBB.

Nature's Call started off with a good review for the first call; I had a slow tub drain. Two weeks later, I was having the same problem and they returned. It cost me over $750 this time, but before they left, they told me that I still had a minor leak! When asked if they could go ahead and fix it, they told me my problem would have to be another call. My slow drain was still slow and worse. So, three weeks later, I called again. They returned to fix the minor leak by replacing my toilet. On my final call to Nature's Call, I was told that they didn't know what else to do and that I should have my brother go to the outside and take a look at the flush drain (?!) to see if there was some kind of back up in it! Perhaps their intentions were good at first but I've paid out more than $1,200 and the problem still existed. I am more than disappointed and would not recommend them.

They showed up when they said they would, did exactly what was asked and what was talked about and the price was pretty fair. After struggling to find a good plumber to come out and/or not charge me for an estimate, I would definitely recommend them. They were quick and I am extremely happy with the work done.
