The guy did work under my kitchen and broke the wood. Plus, he didn't know how to connect hose that go to my fridge so I could have water and ice coming out of my fridge. And his wife is super rude.

I called Nato Saturday morning after discovering a leak under my sink. He was kind enough to fit me in at the end of his work day. His work was expert and his charges were fair. Highly recommend.

Another extremely great experience. Water heater went out on a Saturday afternoon. Nato and his team were here in less than an hour. Able to get me a new water heater installed and have hot water again before dinner. Thank you!!!

******PLEASE READ****** people are trash!!!!!! I wouldn't suggest anyone work with them. My apartment complex uses them for plumbing. We have noticeable mold growing & they claimed there is no mold growing when you can obviously see it & we have been getting sick from it! He argued with me in my own house about the mold & had a very nasty attitude. Do not use these people they are lazy & careless. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!!!

Very unprofessional I made an appointment on Thursday to have a toilet replaced, I was Scheduled for Saturday October 12, 2019 @ 4pm.... well it's now 6:30pm I guess I've been stood up huh! with a no call and a no show even after I gave them a courtesy text at 5 PM, and I still got nothing. What a JOKE! , now I have to call yet another plumber and hope he'll show up! (Disappointing) do yourself a favor just skip over their ad go straight to another plumbing company.

NATO's Plumbing, Sewer & Drain Service was hired by a construction company to reinstall my dishwasher which had been removed due to a hardwood floor installation. He also repaired some pipes that were broken during the demolition process. He missed one appointment and was late for the other two.

Unfortunately when he was scheduled to reinstall my dishwasher he was highly stressed due to his schedule and totally ignored all warnings that he would need to protect my newly installed floors. He did connect my dishwasher but in his haste and with his argumentative attitude he scratched 10 newly installed boards. The scratches were so bad the boards need to be removed and replaced.

With so many reputable plumbers in this town, why would anyone choose to work with someone who has total disregard for your property?

Have an older home 47 years old. Been using Nato for a few years. Always on time and does excellent work, stands behind his service. Highly recommend. Kind courteous and very reasonable for a great plumber. Best plumber I've had done work for me.

Completely satisfied with the outcome of both fixes. Owner/operator of this small business and he made sure it was right before he left. Have already passed his name along to a few different people.
