If I could give zero stars this company and the ""CEO"" is more than terrible! He is a very rude man after you give him the job! Had large job for him and this is what he claims a pool deck should look like with matching hardware looks like! Who only uses nails and no deck screws. So unsafe! He took $10,000! Going to post a picture of him too since his company is an LLC and he will probably change the name.

Sean Natola is a CROOK. Do not do business here. We went to school together so I trusted him. SIKE! The price was reasonable and I had cash on hand. The deal was, you do half I pay half. Finish the job, you get paid the rest. That's how I work. He was fine with it. The deal was he would work on it all day, Friday Saturday and Sunday. He worked a total of 6-1/2 hours on our property and left it a mess. He missed all of Friday except for dropping off the equipment. I was ok with a later time on Saturday (9AM instead of 7), assuming he would be here Sunday. He came and got the equipment Sunday and did no work. He said he would be back the next weekend, but never showed. He took $750 from me, and I have messages saying he will refund me. I need the refund to pay for the next person to fix it. He kept saying he would meet me on lunch or venmo me back. Never happened. Steer clear!

DO NOT use Sean or this company. scammers!! He takes your money and tries to play the nice guy and does shady fixes. Hired him...shame on me for not reading reviews first..to fix a vinyl fence that fell down in less than 24 hours. Wouldnt come out to fix or refund me even a partial payment. I had a real
company come fix his mess and blocked me on Facebook. Guess we go to court!!

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I hired Sean to remodel my bathroom. According to the contract that I signed, we agreed to $6600.00 and he said it will take it 7 days to complete the job. Sean showed up everyday at 1030a, 1130a, 130p and didn't stay long enough to meet the deadline. Even when he knew he was approaching his 7 day timeframe, he was still coming to my house late. It took him a total of 13 days to complete the job and I was disappointed at the final project. The lights above the his/her sinks weren't even, he had his brother (who is unlicensed and doesn't know anything about construction work) paint my bathroom and the corners and spots and the top of the ceiling that wasn't painted correctly. He never put on the barn door and everyday he had an excuse about why the work wasn't getting done correctly. On the 13th day after he was finished the ""job"", he texted me and said he looked over our contract and noticed he did more work that wasn't listed in the original contract that we signed. I told him, I am NOT paying for anything that I didn't sign or was informed about. As a contractor and businessman, if you notice the customer asked you to do something that wasn't in the contract then its YOUR job to tell him/her how much the additional fee would be and let the customer decide if he/she will accept the additional price or decline it. Now, I have to pay someone else to fix the issues that Sean neglected to fix. I will be filing a claim against him to get some of my money back since I have to pay someone else to fix his work. **Beware** DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. Find a different contractor because you will NOT get quality work from him.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
I hired Sean to replace my existing Chain-Link fence for a cedar fence. I paid them half up front, they tour down my fence and installed wooden posts. At this point they requested another payment of 1/4 of the total amount, and then they never returned to finish the work. I paid them 3/4 of the total amount(approx $6,000) and never got the work finished and was denied any type of refund. 4 months went by and I had to hire another company to finish the job. Research this company, they have a long history of this type of behavior with taking money and not finishing the work. I attached pictures from their own Facebook page 'bragging' about how nice the fence is going to look when finished.

Sean's work is fine. I used him for several projects at my rentals. But there is a dishonesty at play here that is troubling.

1. On March 18, I paid Sean (through Jena Mae) a deposit of $245 to repair a window pane.

2. On March 21, Jenamae told me the work was completed and that I should pay the remaining $245.

3. I went to the house the next day and saw that the work was NOT completed - even though Jenamae texted me that it had been completed.
4. Sean never completed the work - seems like he just decided not to do it. On April 7. I got another vendor to fix the window.

5. I have repeatedly requested that they refund my deposit. Over the course of the past five months, Jenamae has said at different times (i) they have already refunded me (ii) she is dealing with a health issue and (i) they will refund that day.

6. On September 8, I took Sean to small claims court and was awarded a judgement against him for a refund of the deposit.

I have documentation for every statement above and, if challenged, can and will provide evidence on the thread. Again, the work is fine but the undercurrent of dishonesty by Sean and Jenamae is downright bizarre - especially if you consider the amount of work we had already done and would have done going forward.

The case was in Franklin County Small Claims and case number is 2020 CVI 015228. I noticed that they (Sean and Jenamae) appear to have at least one other open small claims case against them 2020 CVI 016855. http://www.fcmcclerk.com/case/search
