Native plumbing was highly recommended to me so I hired them 2 years ago.Today. I needed a hydro drain clean out so I contacted them and after an initial chat. None of my calls or text were ever acknowledged. It seems that their customer service has gone down the drain

Native Plumbing and Drain was highly recommended to us by someone we trust. Raheem performed the work for us (replacing a water heater). He coordinated perfectly with the electrician we needed to accomplish the project. He was a very nice young man, worked efficiently and the cost was reasonable. We have more plumbing work to do and will not hesitate to call on Native Plumbing again. High praises!!!

I called to request for kitchen sink smell and slow drain. Here for 25 minutes. Fixed smell but not slow drain. I called two weeks later to ask a return to clean pipe and drain was even slowe. Having paid almost $300 I requested no charge. He refused, argued and hung up on me. The worst. Do not use.
