NEVER USE NATIONWIDE IN THE KEYS. We had a back up today and they came out then about 3 hours later we went to use the shower and it was still not working. They just called to tell us it's not warranted. We have only had to call a plumber back one other time and Bayside warranted their work on Christmas Morning if you can believe that. Clearing the nationwide plumber just didn't run enough water when checking to see if clog was cleared.

not a great plumber honesty, i should not have called them. plenty of local people in the keys wont use nation wide for many reasons. ask around there service and quality is crappy. I wont use nation wide again for our home in the keys.

When it comes to home repairs, whether scheduled or an emergency can be a nightmare. But thank God all of the staff of Nationwide Plumbing are honest, show patience, and professionalism. Their customer service is beyond reproach! Thank you Nationwide for helping us out! If needed we shall call again... Godspeed.

HORRIBLE! plumber put a diverter in my guest shower faucet in May, she said.. I have no reciept to know the exact date. I paid cash and they never gave me one. The shower was just used by my daughter who was viisting and she said there was no hot water. Its August, I called and they want to charge me for the visit. I explained that this is the first time the shower has been used. Its taken me 5 phones and to be told I would get a return call every time. I watched you tube and found out that depending which way the diverter is placed in, depends on if you will get hot or cold water at all. They just wouldnt believe me that I hadnt used it. Did she think i took it out and put it in wrong? She wouldnt send the plumber without my credit card. I reluctantly was giving it to her very upset and she hung up on me! How can a company depend on repeat business and refferal business when this is how you get treated. Im in disbelief that I had to argue my point, then get hung up on? And i WAS a regular customer! DO NOT USE NATIONWIDE PLUMBING! probably the simplest plumbing fix, now that I watched you tube and the plumber couldnt do it correctly. ( had to put one star to get it send )

Problem was as simple, if you have the know-how and proper tools....Young plumber Calvin got the job done and was very enthusiastic about his endeavor. Drain in shower stall was plugged with hair.He gave it a good reaming , broke the plug and checked out operations... It was a little on the expensive side, but he did have to travel from Tavernier to cross key Key Largo....THANKS....

We live in north key largo and called nation wide plumbing because our kids flushed a toy down the toilet and over flowed into the house. I called nation wide plumbing they came out 5 hours after calling them. The first guy that showed up from nation wide plumbing said they have to call in a pump truck and some more people, I thought this was over kill but don't know much about plumbing. Within the next 4 hours they had 4 trucks and giant pump truck in my yard pumping out the water. When a nation wide employee frank told us our sewer pit thing in the road needed to be cleaned because it was dirty but that the city would reimburse us the 800 cleaning cost i said ok. frank said they needed a card and the bill was $4500.00 !!!!! i said he was crazy and there must be a mistake. Frank used threating language in FRONT of my KIDS that i had to pay the bill and he was not leaving until bill was paid. We said get out of our house or we are calling the sheriff and stormed off. My husband and i are seeking legal counsel against nation wide. I can not stress enough how rude there people are and around kids. So bad we had to threaten to involve the sheriff. EVEN WORSE i called key largo waste water about getting the 800.00 pit cleaning fee reimbursed. They connected me with the director for the city sewage department mike and he said nation wide had lied to us they do NOT reimburse fees and there is NO SUCH THING as a pit cleaning!!!!!!!! The city advised us to contact the Sherriff and file a fraud report on nation wide. And if anyone reading this review wants to verify what i said here call the governments key largo waste water department BEFORE using nation wide plumbing, ask for mike the director. they said they fixed the clog but within the next few days the toilet was not flushing again, i was fed up and called another plumber little did i know he said nation wide completely scams people in the keys all the time that do not know better about costs an fees. the other plumber said the cost was less then 500.00 bucks. We are filling BBB and police reports on nation wide plumbing complete scam artists. PLEASE PLEASE stay away from them !

On 7/12/21 we called Nationwide Plumbing Services because our toilet was backed up. They responded the same day regarding a mainline clog to find the City pit not functioning. They then called the Key Largo Waste Water for repair. They gave me an invoice in the amount of $400 and said I had to pay them so I could be reimbursed by the waste water department. Which I did. When I went to KLWTD with the invoice for reimbursement I was told that Nationwide pulls this all the time. They have been put on notice in writing back in 12/20/19 stating that charges for their services """"prior"""" to calling KLWTD will not be paid or reimbursed. I was lied to and swindled out of $400. Do not use these horrible people. Silvia in the office is nasty to talk to.

Had the best experience ever with plumbers at Nationwide in Key Largo. Fred, Josh & Calvin, were honest, quick to respond, and followed up immediately to identify the major problem causing the back ups in our sewer line.

I have used Nationwide several times.I called early this morning at 8 am to tell them I had a leak under my mobile home. He said he would put me on the list. I did turn off my water at this time. I called the office at 1 pm and she said I was on the list and that she would call me back, but she did not. I called her back at 3 pm and she said he was on an emergency call and she will call him then call me back. She did call me back and said he could be here in 2 or so hours. NO THANK YOU. So I called Bayside Plumbing and they will be here first thing in the morning.So another day with no water. If Nationwide could not get to me when I called at 8 am then be honest and tell me so I could find someone else. I am a senior citizen and really need water so out to buy lots of gallon jugs of water.
