Nationwide came out and put a new water heater in our home in June. Yes it's 6 months later but they had put all new pipe and everything and now the water heater is leaking gas. We called them to have them come fix their work and they said it had been too long. I'm sorry but if I installed a water heater and it was leaking gas to a families home I'd want to right that immediately. The guy on the phone Chris was rude and basically said it was our problem not his and it had been too long. With all the new pipes and everything they put in obviously something has come loose or broke. But honoring their work obviously isn't something they do. We will never use them again and we will make sure no one else we know does either. You'd think with something major like this they would honor their work and want a good name out here with so much competition. But doing half ass work and letting a family with pets and kids breathe in gas obviously doesn't matter to this company. Plus he said they probably couldn't come out right away. Really?? The service I received over the phone from this guy and the fact he wouldn't honor their work makes them a zero star. What happened to customer service and making sure people are happy? My advice go with a company that actually cares about the quality of their work and the customer.

Update another company came out today and fixed our gas leak had to change all the gas lines these guys put in. He said they were bad. So they charged us extra to replace everything up to code and didn't do it. Our gas leak is now fixed right. Never use these guys if you want honest quality work.

First, the owner of Nationwide, Dave, indicates that my part for my HVAC unit would be here for installation on Tuesday. I did not receive a call until Thursday. A heads up on Tuesday or Wednesday indicating the status of the part would have been the professional thing to do. As you will see below, professionalism or empathy are not words that describe this company.

On Thursday, I scramble from work to get to my house for the installation, because I never received the 30 minute heads up call, like I was told. Once at my home, I am told that they picked up the wrong part from the supplier. Dave goes on to blame it on the supplier, instead of accepting responsibility for Nationwide's mistake. The Nationwide employee who picked up the part could have verified the serial number or part name to ensure it was the correct part before leaving. Additionally, it was indicated that my squirrel cage was three times larger, so the small box with the smaller squirrel cage should have also been a clear indication. Again, it's all about accuracy and professionalism. After wasting my time, I schedule a time with the owner, Dave, for noon the next day. He knew it was imperative that I get my HVAC unit working by the weekend for my baby daughter's first b-day party. But mainly, the house is freezing in the mornings.

Before leaving Dave asks one of his employees if they cleaned the installation. The employee sitting in the truck yells, ""Yes."" Without checking, Dave leaves. Once I head back inside, there is installation on my floor from my upstairs bathroom, through my bedroom, down my stairs, into my kitchen, and out my front door. Again, it is a lack of professionalism from this company that is the overall theme.

The next day, about 2.5 hours before our scheduled appointment, I get a text message from the owner asking if I can change the scheduled time; even though he knew I took off work the previous day and even though we had an agreed upon scheduled time of noon. Once I indicated that I could not go at 1:00 p.m. and that I wasted two hours the previous day, he became snappy and cancelled the appointment. This was completely as a result of me indicating that I wasted two hours the previous day and what it cost my employer. Dave apparently thinks it is offensive when a customer voices how multiple appointments during work hours affects them. Lost time in the legal world means you have to make that time up over the weekend or late at night. Also, lost money means a negative review from the managing partners. Dave has no empathy for this, but rather apparently believes his time and money is all that matters. It is quite obvious from this experience that this company does not care about its customers time, money or the health of the family with a small child. PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE. IT WILL SAVE YOU IN THE LONG RUN.

Nationwide was sent out by my Home Warranty place, Old Republic. They have been out 3 times with the latest supposable fix is one of the units coil. They came back that besides the coil replacement that was covered by the warranty policy that there was a sheet metal fee and a mandatory by law disposal fee of the old coil. Well the sheet metal work would have to be the repair of what they did to my unit in their search to see what was wrong because when I went in my attic to take a look it looked like it was vandalized. The second fee for the coil disposal they said first was required by EPA law, which was a lie as their is not one, then they said they would loose their business license if they left if for me to dispose of which was a second lie as I called the NV state contractors board and recycling locations which said I can dispose of my self and actually get a scrap fee for recycling. So wanting to charge me $125 for disposal and getting a scrap fee on top of it. They are crooks and lie...stay away from them!!! you been warned!!

I can't even begin to tell you how pleased I am with this plumbing service and I can't thank Rick enough for his kindness in taking care of my mother's issues
the same day I called. I promise that I will never again use another plumbing service while in Las Vegas. Why? Because they do the job right and most importantly will NOT rip you off like every other plumber I've used in my lifetime. I am so happy I didn't let one review stop me from calling you.
THANK YOU AGAIN SO VERY MUCH!
PS you can call me ""Buddy"" anytime :-)

Chris is so friendly, punctual and clean. Chris and Rick at the office always answer and do fast scheduling. They were referred by my warranty company and they also completed some repairs that weren't covered. Since I'm a Realtor, we always need vendors and having an affordable plumber who does good work is hard to find. I would always recommend Nationwide for anyone's plumbing needs!

Very professional! Called this afternoon and Rick and Chris were at my house less then 2 hours later. They were quick and efficient and friendly. Don't bother calling any other company these guys are the best. Had another company come in the morning that wanted to charge me almost twice as much as Nationwide Plumbing.

My water heater went out and I called Nationwide Plumbing at 10:00 pm. Rick, the owner, was incredible. He put my mind at ease and told me what to do until the morning. He arrived promptly at the time he promised. Rick found the problem, went and got the part, and the problem was fixed quickly and efficiently within the hour. Incredible service! I would recommend this company to all my friends!!!

This company is a joke.... They tell me a time frame of the part arriving and I sit in the HOT house waiting and three days past the time frame I call to see what is going on and Chris has NO answer for me , only to say the part is in the mail!!!!!! Really..... There has to be a way of tracking it, his answer is so generic I know it is just to appease me! So not professional... I would never hire this company!!! If it was not for me being a renter and the landlord going through the insurance I would have for sure have gone to another company and probably had my A/C working a week ago!

they came out for my ac via old republic warranty,,,took them 4 days to fix ,,always arriving after 6pm,,,tried to blame problem on a picture that has hung in bathroom for a long while,,,lol,,,i told them it was the thermostat but they did not listen and the fuse kept blowing until it went out completely..

chris call yesterday to tell me the wires were hung outside my house because he could not feed them thru wall but for ans extra $250.00 he could come back and staple to outside wall,,,,not acceptable,,,,,called the warranty company and told them i did not think this was up to code and they called chris and he told them it would and that this was just personal preference on where the wires were placed,,,,sorry but this should have been put back the way he found it,,,,lazy lazy scam,,,he saw 2 senior citizens and saw $$$,,,in negotiations with warranty company not,,, if not in my favor i will have to pay for this to be fixed,,,but small claims court is where i will take this,,,, terrible terrible finish,,,,do not use them,,,,
