I've been using Nationwide for a few years now. Always satisfied with the service. They show up on time, take time to asses the problem, and then knock out the fix. They came this time planning to replace some pipes but found a more cost effective solution that saved a lot of money. They also are good at alerting you of future problems. They are my go to guys. In November 2017, I hired Nationwide to replace a sump pump. While the plumbers were friendly and efficient, the front office staff tried to rip me off and threatened to undo the work.

The plumbers started work at 10:26am and completed the work by 11:24am.

Nationwide's initial (and hand-written) invoice was for $845 + tax. Nationwide offered to waive the tax if I paid in cash.

The overcharged for both parts (they claimed a $130 pump was worth $385) and labor (billed for two hours for under an hour of work). Krista offered two conflicting reasons for this labor charge:
* replacing a pump is charged as a two-hour job, regardless of how long it actually takes
* I was being charged for the time they spent purchasing the pump before arriving at my place

I attempted to discuss this with her via telephone. She (a) yelled at me (b) told me they would remove their pump. Then she said (c) I could pay $10 for the pump and never call them again. I'm not sure if she thought she was a character in a bad mob movie or what.

I found this company right on yelp and so glad I called. We had backup water in the bathtub and unsure where or what caused it. The plumbers knew right away after looking in the sink and tub and began snaking it and ended up removing food particles in our tenants apartment from the kitchen sink. The plumbers came first thing in the morning to address the issue. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and did a great job!

Quick and efficient! I was stressed out when my pipe busted with gushing water in the middle of the night. Called Nationwide and someone was there within an hour. They fixed they issue and the cost was not too bad. Will definitely be using their services again.

I contacted Nationwide Plumbers on Sunday (03/11/2018) because of the water backflow through two floor drains in the main building and schedule the service at 9:30 am next day.

This is a large building (225""x100""), due to the building age and so many alternations before, nobody knows where the clean-out is located that services floor drains in that area, also, the main drain line is under the concrete slab. On Monday, Nationwide Steven and his team came on time. They listened to my description, inspected the condition, unclogged the drain line and have the job done within 2 hours.

After service completed, the owner called me next day to make sure everything is still running well and meet my expectation.

My overall experience is great for Nationwide Plumbers. I will definitely call them again and assign more jobs to them.

I called and explained the issue over the phone, which was pretty straight forward. Just needed some worn out stop valves to be replaced so I could safely replace the kitchen faucet and the toilet. The price was super-reasonable...not sure if they would normally charge for an estimate but since my problem was simple and I knew what I was talking about we just booked the work right away.

Anyway Junior showed up with an assistant (his name escapes me) and both were excellent. Job was done well, and cost was way below competitors. No attitude, no issues, just solid, quick, and courteous. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs from now on.
