Called them to reseal tankless vent pipe on roof. Came out promptly, tried to reseat pipe and added sealant around gaps. Might work but need a heavy rain to confirm. Scheduled a maintenance call with the service guy and their office called that afternoon with pricing and time.

National Water Heater offers lower prices to get you in but when it's time for service under warranty they will charge you $$$. Bait and switch. I got a Rinnai tank less water heater installed by NWH. Everything was working well until winter kicked in and I started getting flame failure errors. When I contacted NWH they acknowledged that there is an issue with the gas line installation and asked me to pay additional $$$ to do the repairs despite the unit being still under parts and labor warranty of 1 year. I agreed to pay $$$ since I had no choice. I was expecting at least a good service and quick turnaround but all in vain. I received a very substandard service i.e. - Not answering calls, scheduling services and failing to send technicians at the scheduled time - in fact not sending technicians at all, taking 12 hours to perform a 2 hour service and keeping the customer out of hot water for that long in peak winter, rescheduling service multiple times, taking more than a month to complete the work.

Stay away from National Water Heaters. Pay bit more off front to a brand name installer and save yourself from a future headache.
