Found this company on Yelp and was impressed with their 5 star rating and decided to have them come out and check my AC unit. Danny Pereda, the AC tech was fantastic! He was on time, honest, really knowledgeable and speaking to him you get the sense that he has your best interest in mind. All I can say is I think I found my go to AC company. I just hope when I call after the summer for my coil cleaning that they send out Danny again or someone just as great!

We were referred to this company by another one that didn't work at condo buildings. I was happy to see that they had great Yelp reviews before I called to schedule. Two guys came out within three hours. They followed Covid protocol, were friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue with our a/c. They showed us the problem parts and had replacements in their truck. The a/c was back up and running quickly and at a fair price.

Great Service. Our mini-split AC wasn't blowing cold air. It was easy to set up a scheduled time. They were able to come the very next day and they sent a text with the photo and name of the tech who would come. They also sent a maps link to show where they were in transit. After arriving the tech was able to identify the problem as being the mother board or main board for the outside AC unit (condenser). Payment was easy. I sent via Zelle. To get the part I drove to AirCon located in Pompano Beach, FL. This is because the part was under an extended warranty. So, it made sense to get the part. I scheduled a follow-up same day since the first tech came in the morning. They were able to get the second tech scheduled. I appreciated them arranging the schedule seamlessly, being it was a same day request. The second tech came soon after and did the installation. Both techs were friendly and got the job done. And now the AC blows cold air. Awesome service. I highly recommend.

Read below review posted by H O. Same thing happened to me and I should have read that review before calling. They wanted to replace more parts than necessary, charge a $300+ markup for each, and charged us the $150 emergency dispatch fee. Rather than pay a $900 bill, we sent the technician off and stayed without A/C until we got the part for $17 and replaced it easily. Don't fall for it.

I have had them out twice to look at an old AC system for a condo I recently bought. Both times I felt that they were honest, courteous, and genuinely looking out for my best interest. They were also able to come out same day within a few hours. It was the same technician -Daniel both times. He was so pleasant and again, I feel he has been honest. He could have easily up-sold me and tried to justify expensive repairs. Instead he did everything in his power to keep my old AC running for as long as possible. When it comes time to replace, I know they will provide a reasonable quote and excellent service as always. It is tough to know who to trust when it comes to expensive systems but we got lucky with these guys. I have been pleasantly surprised.

I called National Service pros with a dripping unit. They cleaned the inside unit, outside unit and all my ducts. My house was blowing harder and colder than ever. I will never look elsewhere for my AC needs. They also send you a super cool link to track the workers on the way to your house. Gave my wife peace of mind knowing who to expect on the other side of the door.

Originally reached out as I needed a shut off valve installed behind my gas range. Then added an HVAC inspection since they do that too and two birds one stone. All was scheduled quickly and without hassle and provided transparency into cost. Angel the kept me informed as the work was going to be performed two separate techs. One showed up early! Second sent me a notification and a map so I knew exactly when he'd arrive. Courteous, cleaned up after themselves and everything done quickly. Will definitely use again. Thank you!
