Great service and company! Our AC stopped cooling down and I have called several companies for emergency repair before scheduled a same-day service with them. I was impressed when talking to them on the phone - they were very through and efficient in explaining their charges and procedures, they also informed me that their employees would wear face masks during the service to maintain a maximum social distancing during COVID-19. Their guys came on time (within 3 hours after I first contacted them), and did a great job. Comparing to reviews in yelp and google, I think they very much worth the price. Will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Our air conditioner stopped cooling, naturally on a Saturday night. I found this company on Yelp The good news is they were very responsive, and told me off hours would be $150 plus cost of service. They showed up within an hour, and diagnosed it as freezing up due to low coolant. They told me it would be $400 for the coolant charge, which would not include testing for a leak...which would be another $400 for a separate call later in the week. We needed air conditioning, so I told them to go ahead with the coolant fill. When I had time to look online this morning for what a coolant fill should cost, it should have been $100 to $150, not $400. Typical Miami service.

Called yesterday, got service done today when no one else would come out the day before thanksgiving! We needed AC duct cleaning ASAP as they were so dirty I didn't even want to move in before getting them cleaned. Humberto was great, super attentive, pleasant and professional! These guys are the BEST! We had several other companies try to fix our relatively new AC Unit (only a couple of years old) and the fixes would always be temporary. National Air and Heat fixed the issue and they were honest and fairly priced. Having a good AC company handy in South Florida is a big deal. I only wish I would have found them before I spent so much money on others who underperformed. If we should ever need maintenance or repairs this is the first company I would call, hands down!
