I messaged the business in the morning and had someone at my house that same afternoon to fix a bad leak. We have a super old claw foot tub that's nearly impossible to find parts for, but he made a trip to a hardware store to see if they had what we needed. Even though he couldn't find the part, he was able to rebuild the inside of the faucet handle to completely fix the leak. Super happy with the service we got, and the price was more than fair. I would definitely use them again!

Great experience. I had a leaky bathtub faucet and reached out to them on Tuesday evening. Ron responded right away and was able to send a plumber out on Wednesday morning. A Few months back my mainline backed up. I called Ron and within 20 minutes a guy was out my house to snake out our drain. After getting a scope I discovered that my mainline had tons of tree roots growing into in causing the frequent back ups. I got a few quotes an Rons was by FAR the most fair. He showed up exactly when he said he would, explained to me exactly what would happen and finished quickly. I had to have two very deep large holes dug into my lawn. They completely cleaned up and even bought new grass to put over the hole. It looks like nobody was ever here! Ive recently had other jobs done on my properly and I can ONLY WISH that everyone was a professional and courteous as Ron was. I am a business owner myself and I have high expectations. Ron exceed those expectations in every way. Do yourself a favor, make sure you allow this company to quote your job. I will always recommend Ron and his staff to friends and family.

I called them based on Yelp ratings and closeness. They came promptly at the time agreed, quickly went to work and had the clog in our kitchen main line drain cleared in 15-20 minutes. Very professional explaining what they were doing.

Ron and his team at National Rooter are the best. They are professional and courteous and are committed to solving their customer's problems at a fair price.

We had a backed up sewer line. Another company came to try to fix it but failed and charged $600 despite their failure. Ron's team from National Rooter came and successfully removed the blockage, and then when it happened again came to the house to root it out again without an additional charge. Finally National Rooter discovered the real source of the problem with a camera (cracked sewer line) and fixed it at a reasonable price.

The comparison between National Rooter and the other plumbing company is incredible. With the other company it felt like they were trying to extract as much money as possible from our family's misery. National Rooter's plumbers thought about the possible sources of the problem and quickly found and fixed it. National Rooter is the only plumber we'll use in the future.

Our sewer backed up into our downstairs bathroom and entryway. Need we say more? We contacted National Rooter because it was rated 5 stars on Yelp. Two servicemen came within one hour and cleared the line efficiently, professionally and in a friendly manner. Moreover, the cost was reasonable. We will definitely call them again if the need arises.
