The guy did a very good job in my house very friendly. I'll recommend him to her anybody.Jonathan camachoood Job
I was a long time loyal customer. I had my air and heat serviced for $428.00. The day after, my air unit in the attic started to make tapping noises. After many days it didn't stop. So I called to report it. They are extremely busy in the summer, so a few days later they sent a tech out. He couldn't find the problem. When I called the woman in the office said there would only be a fee if they had to repair a problem. I received a bill in the mail for $149.00, for a problem they didn't fix. It still makes tapping noises. I'm very disappointed at the treatment I received. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income. I don't appreciate being threatened by Jessica to report me to a collection agency.
It took weeks for them to come out but it was worth the wait. My ACs working just in time for a heatwave
So impressed with all facets of National Refrigeration...installed new condenser today and the team was incredibly thorough. The team was neat, quiet and polite throughout the day. Zero short cuts taken...in fact, they fixed some of the sloppy work done by the previous firm that installed our first system, at no additional cost. Sam and Rito did a great job...and Brian and the front office was a pleasure to deal with during the initial inspection/estimate and financing. Price was fair, based on other estimates that we received. Highly recommend.
I called National Refrigeration to evaluate the heating system in a home we just bought. I had the pleasure of meeting service manager Brian Kelly who showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He ultimately determined that our system was fine and gave me some suggestions and tips specific to that system. While there I also mention that I needed a plumber for frozen pipe problem. He gave me a recommendation and the plumber showed up within an hour! Brian spent about 45 minutes at the house and said there was no charge. He even followed up the next day to see how things went with the plumber. This kind of service is rare these days. The people at National Refrigeration truly care about their customers and reputation. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone needing HVAC service. I'm confident you won't be disappointed.
Had service performed, but when their condensation pump line was run wrong and caused water damage to my drywall they came out and took pictures admitted to their problem and dodged my calls for 2 years. I never got the repair or compensation.
I was in a pickle as my heat had shut off. I was very pleased when the office manger (a sweet gal) was able to get Sean to my house the very next morning. He quickly found the problem and my house starting heating up right away. I was one happy camper. Sean was very efficient and personable.... Thank you National Refrigeration for your quick response.

Derek L.Sean was very professional. My AC is noticeably quieter since the visit. I'd recommend this company to anyone in need of AC service.
These guys were great. I called early in the week & they booked me for the end of the week, which was pretty good since it's the peak of AC season. I got a reminder call about the appt. and then a call when my technician was on the way. My technician Dave was quick, very friendly & informative about how the system works and how I could maintain it to minimize future repairs. Before he left, he let the system run and checked the performance multiple times, instead of rushing out to the next call. He also took a minute to dote on my dog, which never hurts.
Find another company. I was without heat. They came into my home on a Friday afternoon and said I needed to replace the furnace at a cost of $6000. And the job could not be done till Monday and suggested I go to Home Depot and purchase space heaters then return them on Monday. I was fortunate to get another opinion on that Friday afternoon. The second opinion replaced a $200. switch, had the heat back on in minutes and said my furnace did not need replacement
