We have used Tony and his team for over a decade and they are amazing. They have done really large jobs for us (re-plumbing the whole house) to small jobs (leaky faucets and clogged drains). In times of emergency they will get there quickly. They are always so nice, clean up after each job and communicate well on what work is needed and how much it costs. We always know that we are getting high quality service with Tony!

Every morning I walk my dogs, and while I'm on my walk I always see the white National Plumbing & Rooter vans on their way out to start their day.

Several months ago I made a point of jotting down the phone number from the side of the vans and I programmed it into my phone. I had a feeling that someday National Plumbing & Rooter was going to be MY plumber.

Lately, I haven't been getting hot water in my shower. There was ample hot water everywhere else in my house, but in my shower the water temperature never raised beyond luke warm.

Today was the day I realized that this was the perfect opportunity to try National Plumbing & Rooter. When I phoned I was told that Tony, the owner would phone me back shortly. He phoned me back in less than 5 minutes.

On the phone, Tony told me he could be at my house in 2 minutes. He arrived in about a minute-and-half.

As I had suspected, Tony and I are neighbors, which is why he was able to mobilize and get to my house so quickly.

Tony completely understood the issue and quickly resolved it. I'm guessing he spent a total of 2 1/2 minutes making a simple adjustment.

The best part of the story is that Tony charged me a price that simply could not be beat.

Today, Tony and the team at National Plumbing & Rooter did more than repair a plumbing problem, they restored my faith in people.

A situation that began as a frustrating ""here we go again"" scenario ultimately became an experience where integrity and community won the day!

I offer my sincere thanks to Tony and everyone at National Plumbing & Rooter.

I am extremely happy and comforted to know that I not only have discovered a trustworthy and professional plumber, but I also have an amazing neighbor who has integrity and a sense of community.

Tony, the owner of National Plumbing personally came to my house to address my plumbing issues. He arrived on time and came the same day I called. He explained what the problem may be and then how he would try to fix it. Tony laid a tarp and towels to keep things clean and he removed all trash when he left. In a short time my kitchen sink was unclogged and with no leaks and a new toilet valve installed along with a sink stopper and down rod that now work. Tony was friendly, professional, and fair in his prices (which he quoted before he began). Tony and National Plumbing are my new go-to plumbers of choice.

Tony and his right hand man Jose are awesome. I have owned my home for almost 10 years and National Plumbing is the only plumbing company that has and will every work on my plumbing issues. Very personable, great attitude and just a down right good guy. When ever I have had an emergency and needed assistance fast, I call Tony or the company and get a lightning fast response.

A few weeks ago he replaced the plumbing under my kitchen sink that was Mickey moused prior to buying the home. Last night my wife took a shower and noticed the toilet gurgling and both bath tubs backed up in the home. Called and left a message that night. Tony called me at 7am the following morning and was at my house at 2. Ran a camera down the main and roots coming into the pipes. By 3:30 he and Jose had power jetted the main, ran the camera again and clean as a whistle.

What I like most about him is his honesty. He will not just tell you what the problem is, he will show you. He has shown me plumbing manuals for projects as well as this last project, making sure I saw the pipes and the roots for my self, so I could make an informed decision on the work to be done. I wish him continued business especially now during the pandemic. Thanks Tony and Jose. Stay safe!

National just left my home today after replacing some under-house drain pipe.

Tony & Jose are a great resource for actual plumbing jobs - not just for drain cleaning. Over the past few years they have installed kitchen & bathroom faucets, replaced drain clean-outs and drain pipes, installed tankless water heaters and performed maintenance on the heaters - all with timeliness, professionalism and at an honest and reasonable price. Not the absolute cheapest, but the best for value and quality. TRUSTWORTHY &
SKILLED TRADESMEN WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE AND WHAT IS A REASONABLE COST TO THE HOME OWNER.

I highly recommend if you need quality work and an honest tradesman!
