Bob Mulcahey came on my 1 1/2 acre property on 11/9/22. I was impressed the moment he introduced himself. He guaranteed that he would find any leaks on my property that caused me to receive a 2 month DWP water bill that was $4,801.74. My water bill usually is about $1,200 maximum. Bob found that one of my tenants had his toilet running for a long time and was sending 4 gallons a minute to the sewer. I send monthly letters to my tenants asking them to advise me if their toilets are running, faucets are leaking and to check under their sinks for leaks. Unfortunately my tent said well there are no leaks one the floor.
Bob checked every square foot of my property. He has been doing leak detection for 35 years. I highly recommend him, he is an expert and really knows what he is doing. He said he can smell water, however, he came prepared to do what was needed to find leaks on my property! He gave me superb service! He even gave me a video of how fast the water was flowing into the sewer from the toilet tank. I don't know how to attach the video of the toilet running.

I had evidence of moisture coming up from my concrete slab. I called and. was able to get an appointment the next day. Deagan was very efficient and helpful. He checked all of the possible sources of leak and also the water main. He provided additional info that was very helpful to me on how to proceed with the next steps, even though it was not part of his job. I highly recommend this company and, in particular Deagan. It is refreshing to see honest and hardworking professionals.

ONLY USE THIS COMPANY! I tried four companies who wasted my time and money and this was the most efficient, capable, honest, reasonably priced of all. I don't know them and I am not a relative but I swear I would give them 12 stars. When you have a leak you don't want guess work where to dig or cut concrete and that is what I got with the OTHER four companies. Bob at National knows what he is doing and remodeled 12 houses in the S.F. Valley. He is amongst the best sub contractors out there. I would trust him for any job and in leak detection he is far and away the best. I highly recommend to take the best first. And they are so nice to work with too!

Had a natural gas leak at my business. Called national leak and they gave me a fair price. Came with expensive tools and checked everywhere and found 2 leaks. Only thing better would be if they fix the leak, but i was able to find a plumber to fix. Would definitely use again, but I'm hoping I won't have to.

Honest and reliable company to say the least! The gas company had shut off our gas due to a gas leak. After going through 2 separate companies which failed to detect where the leak was, we were able to find National Leak. They were completely booked for a few days, but promised to get back if they had an opening sooner. As promised, Bob called back that same evening and scheduled to come out the next day. He showed up with all the right equipment and was able to locate not 1, but 2 gas leaks!!!! Thank you Bob!

I am a property manager and had a gas leak that caused the gas company to shut off the gas to one apartment; my plumber could not find the source. I called one company and they would not even come out. I spoke with Bob and he was able to get there the next day. He did a lot of testing and did not think there was a leak. Plumber still could not find it. Bob came back out a 2nd time with 2 other people; after thorough testing he still thought no leak and I should contact the gas company. Sure enough the gas company turned the gas back on; seems they made an error when they shut it off the first time. I would highly recommend Bob & National Leak Specialists!

Recently was referred by Kirk The Plumber for a leak assessment. I just recommend requesting a quote from them before initiating the evaluation. Seemed expensive.
