Incredible Experience! Amidst one of the most challenging times I've had as a homeowner, this company was incredibly helpful, professional and reliable. The service Laura provided in coordinating all aspects of the service and my needs was incredible. She went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Sean and the other guys coming out and finding the leaks were so professional and experienced. They found the leaks in my slab on two separate occasions. They were persistent and are really good at what they do. I can't recommend them highly enough - particularly, for locating slab leaks, but others as well (both inside and outside). The plumber knew not to even come out w/o them here first given how difficult slab leaks are to find. This company is company owned and operated, and you can tell the difference in the level that they care about their customers. I wish other service providers offered this type of care and service.

Used them based on a neighborhood recommendation. Came out the same day I called, was able to diagnose / find the leak to a tee. Would absolutely recommend if you are facing higher than normal water bills at your property. Excellent service !

After two enormous water bills I called National Leak Detection. They were able to come out quickly and determine within an hour where the leak was. They helped me turn the water off to the leaking area and were able to give me the information I needed to submit to the water department. After they found the leak they continued to check and make sure that was the only one. I would definitely recommend them.

Our water bill skyrocketed and we were able to isolate that our leak was somewhere between the meter, 50 ft of paver driveway, 25 ft of garage and 15 ft into our house before the water shut off valve. We tore up two areas of our paver driveway and caused one pipe leak looking for our problem. We should have called National Lake Detection on day 1 and saved ourselves time and effort. They have a great gauge that detects leaks by sound. Within an hour, they found our leak under the cement in our garage. They marked the spot with an X. When we jackhammered around the X, we thought the spot might be wrong but turns out there was a black plastic barrier and a rock partially plugging the hole. As soon as the rock was moved, water started gushing. Have no idea how sound gauges found a small leak that it appeared only caused slightly wet dirt underneath concrete. They were amazingly accurate. Without equipment, under our concrete would have been the last place we would have looked. What a blessing. National Leak Detection doesn't do the repairs but we actually preferred separating the repairs from the detection since we had a trusted contractor. Would highly recommend this service.
