Our furnace was making funny noises. The noises kept getting worse. We went online and found National Fixit-Evergreen. The owner, Drew Heniser, contacted us right away and came out that afternoon to analyze what was going on with the furnace. What he found was not good news for us. The furnace had a crack, and we all know what that means...yep, a new furnace!
Drew sat with us in our shocked state of mind and went over all the options. He was very patient and answered all of our questions about which furnace would fit our budget and our home.

The new furnace has been installed and is working great! We highly recommend Drew of National Fixit-Evergreen!

We had an unexpected start to 2023! Our furnace had died during the night
and we woke up to a cold house! Yelp was the search engine I used to find
help. Andrew (""Drew"") Heniser from National Fixit - Evergreen was the first
to reply that he would come on New Year's Day, if we had no heat. He came
as stated, made an assessment of our situation and was thorough in his
explanation of new furnace options.

Since businesses were closed on Monday, Drew arrived 1/3/23 at 9:15 AM
with our new furnace. Drew is very professional, courteous and willing to
answer any questions plus he was very careful and respectful of our property.

We are grateful for Drew's quick response and quality service. We would
highly recommend him!!

Never in my years of install have I seen such complete disregard for the customer and the product they install. Poor install, lack of communication, and outright desertion is what this company had done to this customer. Now I have to tell her the work they put in is not sufficient and otherwise compromised! And find an alternative to what they done! makes Me and upset to see people taken advantage of!

We started an HVAC project with Andrew's Heating and Cooling back in late April 2020. At the start of our project they showed up on time and were responsive to our requests. Once they were paid for materials and the three Carrier 25 ton units, we started to see the communication slow down or got no response at all. Dylan and Andrew had a hard time communicating on our project or even showing up, when they had scheduled times to be on site. After months of no call no shows, we started to reach out to Carrier about our three units and got no response back. Andrew swore that all three were ordered and on the way. Three months after we paid and units were supposedly ordered only one unit showed up. After inspecting the unit, we noticed that the unit was the wrong power supply. It was supposed to be a 480v unit and came in as a 208v unit. Andrew said that he would pay for the electrical upgrade needed to get this unit running since we had waited so long (which he did not pay and left us with the bill). The other two units were still missing in action. After no communication we had to reach out to Carrier again about the other two missing units. After multiple attempts to get in contact Carrier finally got back with us and told us that only one unit had ever been ordered. When we confronted Andrew about it, he said that was totally not the case but after checking with Carrier for a second time and speaking with the higher ups there, they confirmed only one unit was ever ordered and paid for. Andrew apparently kept the rest of our money and never ordered the other two units as he said he did. We had also paid for 3 rows of ducting and 3 returns/supplies and only one was ever attempted. I say attempted because the instillation of the ducting was installed so poorly that it inhibited the unit to function properly. The return was not the correct size or insulated and ended up causing damage to the one unit that actually arrived. After these issues came to light and we tried to reach out to Andrew and Dylan for a resolution, our numbers were blocked and never heard from them again. Our only recourse was to take legal action. While trying to serve Andrew, our process server ran into another process server who has also been trying to get in touch with Andrew. Sounds like multiple people are in the same situation we are. All in all, we have spent over $90,000.00 with this company and it's unfortunate we have to go this route to recoup only a small portion of our losses. I would highly advise never working with Andrew and his team as they have no ability to follow through on the jobs they agree to complete.

What a joke. We hired them to install a fireplace, some ducting, and a range hood. They only installed part of the LP conversion kit for the fireplace, there is problem with the fresh air venting, he never came back to hook up the hood. I basically had to pay someone to redo most of the job. Stay away.

In May Andrew's provided an estimate to install mini splits and duct covers. In late June work began. Progress was slowed by complications arising from COVID-19 inlacing loss of employees and late shipments. However nothing can excuse the fact that it is now 3 months later and a small portion of the job remains undone. The manager has failed to call me or show up for appointments for job completion several times and always has an excuse about why he cannot finish the job.
