I needed my main sewer line cleared. Glenn was scheduled to show up a 4p. He called and arrived around 1p. Ran a snake through the pipes twice and made sure to clear the blockage. Great work Glenn and thank you.

Reliable, experienced, trustworthy and client education. I'm never gonna look at plumbing the same way. We had National Drain referred to us by a friend, for exactly what I said, they trusted them and I would be educated on what my money was being spent on. We had great guys come by respectful and hard workers. After 2 other companies took our money I felt I didnt get the service I would feel safe with, I felt the problem would come back again and sure enough my theory was proven correct when roots were pulled out and not just dirt as the other companies did, and may I add the other companies made such a mess that I was in tears of horror. I called National and the young lady on the phone reassured me after i broke down on her and explained you guys are my last hope. Please. And she was a sweet heart to listen and promptly got the head plumber to call us right away and come by. Thank you for helping my family to get that reassurance.

I went to Thornton & Grooms and was not satisfied with their service. I paid for a service including a sewer camera inspection but they said my main drain clean out cap could not be opened. They did not even try to open in. They wanted to charge me extra just to open it, an additional $100++ over what I already paid. I had no luck with Rotor Rooter either.

National drain came over and fixed everything, as in everything!!!! The plumbing in my whole house works great at a fraction of the price. They are the most honest and trustworthy people I have ever encountered.

These guys are life savers! So kind, so fair, and we really enjoyed having Len come out and get out a nasty blockage in our kitchen sink the night before a vacation. As much as we don't want to have to use their services, we will not hesitate to call them if we need it again!
