They will try to up charge you as much as they can. Literally, had to find a different plumber to fix the issue which what they claimed to have fixed was made worse. Try to get a different plumber for sure even if your warranty company sends them.

They came to fix our sinks and garbage disposal. When they did the work, we found out some of our valuables were missing. These guys also tried to fix our garbage disposal but it is leaking again only a few months later. Avoid these scammers.

The worst plumbing company ever. They always mis-diagnose! Like other reviews. They mis-diagnosed mine again. My bf constantly throw his coffee ground with water to the kitchen garbage disposal. And eventually it got clogged. We called first American and they sent nation side. They got some coffee ground out and stopped working saying that it's soil and it's a $7500 broken pipe job. For god's sake, if it's soil, if u clean it and it get clogged again without us throwing coffee ground anymore. Yeah u can say that. But stopped getting all of them out ?? Execuse me ? Left without getting the regular procedure done is just ridiculous.

Definitely would not recommend this company to fix any of your plumbing issues. Unfortunately, First American Home Warranty assigned this company to fix a leak for a toilet. First hand, when I tried scheduling an appt after being appointed by home warranty, they cut me off saying that they would have me on route and then I never heard back. Next day, they called me in the middle of work saying they were at my house but no one was even home bc I didn't get to schedule accordingly. When they came after scheduling me properly, they checked the toilet, and the fix was simple. I wished I'd known better bc they made it to be a bigger deal than what it really was and if I had the time to research other options it would've saved me than what they were asking for. However, they were very adamant to get it done at THEIR cost. Didn't even bother sending a report to First American Home Warranty to have it covered. They rushed me into agreeing and through my fear, I was conned into paying out of my own pocket for something that should've been through home warranty or even more reasonable elsewhere. It didn't take them long to fix it either. If I'd done my research and been more patient with trying to fix this leak, I would've saved a whole lot more. Very disappointed to have experienced this type of business with a trade like this who take advantage of those that are unaware. Like what other reviewers say, if First American Home Warranty sends them, cancel right away for someone else or for anyone looking for an honest plumbing company look elsewhere bc Nationside is not that company.

Don't ignore the reviews. These guys are terrible. You would think they could at least be courteous and likeable since their work sucks, but they're not. Of course my wife had to take time off work for their 4 hour service window and of course they showed up at the very end of the window. So predictable. Their attitude totally sucks. They couldn't wait to leave from the moment they entered the house. They were sent out by First American for our garbage disposal. They misdiagnosed it as ""jammed"" and simply put a wrench on the bottom, turned the blades, hit the reset button and left. 30 minutes after they left it was jammed again. We could have predicted this because we had ""fixed"" it ourselves in the same way for three weeks. Another appointment days later with more time off work and another 4 hour service window and wow they decided to replace the unit. Genius!!! 30 minutes after they leave we discover two leaks, one from the disposal seal ring and the other from the sink overflow hose. Turns out they re-used the ring from the existing unit and not the new one that was INCLUDED in the box with the replacement. You're a plumber for God's sake!!! Another call to First American because the plumber had closed the ticket already (wow that was fast!!) and couldn't come out without another one. Another few days and another visit and a third 4 hour service window. This time they replaced the seal and left. 30 minutes later we discovered the overflow hose was still leaking. Another call???? No way. I'll fix it myself. Save yourself the heartache. Don't use these guys and if you have a home warranty DON'T let them send them.

Home owners insurance sent them over for low water pressure. It turned out it was due to a water softener that had not been used and was not bypassed. After basically laughing at me (stay at home mom) for not knowing where the water pressure valve was and for not using the water softener since we bought the house, the plumber told me we'll need to repipe the house because sediment has built up inside the pipes due to the water softener not being bypassed. Also said that he can't clean 2 clogged sinks because there was 'no clean-out'.
Second opinion plumber (different company) simply closed the valves of the water softener - boom, perfect water pressure. And cleaned the drains of the sinks so they drain just fine.
And to think I was afraid I'd have to repipe the entire house. Extremely rude, sarcastic and lazy plumber who obviously didn't want to do any work.

STAY AWAY! If I could it would be ZERO stars. Probably THE WORST plumbing company in the area! Had them contracted out through First American Home Warranty. A 19 year old kid showed up and off the bat it was clear he didn't want to even be here. Her tried to quickly find an excuse to leave as soon as possible. Blamed our hot water pressure issue on our Rayne water softener tanks saying they ""look old"". Once I educated him around the servicing of them he quickly switched his excuse to the house not having a pressure regulator. Again, I educated him around the fact that if it were a pressure regulation issue, the cold water would below pressure as well, which it is not. Cold water runs fine. Spoke to the owner Armin, who had no customer service skills what so ever. Thought it was professional to keep calling me ""bro"". The owner, after asking somewhat legitimate questions, turns around and says that it's a piping issue and the entire house needs new hot water line piping. No apology for the misdiagnosis from the 19 year old kid that had no clue what he was doing, in fact, he made it worse by speaking to me as if I was his ""bro"". DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I will have a word with First American Home Warranty as well in hopes to take them off their contractor list. Horrible horrible experience.

Biggest crooks in the business! Honestly read the reviews - it's a ton of one star reviews that are obviously made by actual customers and a smattering of fives that are clearly written by the same individual lol. It's almost comical! You know that guy or gal at your last job that was fired and you thought for sure they'd never get a job in the real world again - don't fret because they've probably been hired by Nation Side Plumbing.

Avoid this Company! After reading reviews, the tech sent out to my job must have been the same idiot mentioned in previous reviews. Leslie, the girl who answers the phone and does most, but not all the scheduling, is the only positive thing I could say about them.
Others who schedule it out call you and tell you you've been put on the schedule for tomorrow! They don't ask you what day your available, which would take into consideration YOUR busy schedule, they tell you. I would never have proceeded with them except for the fact that this service was going through a home warranty policy and my co pay was only $85, parts and labor.
Guy came out to look at my h20 heater, determined it was the control module. Ok, they ordered it came back out over a week later, (no hot water in the interims), which now was approaching two weeks, gave me a 4 hr time window, to show up, which turned out to be 5hrs. and the guy had the wrong part! Five hours of my time wasted. Another week to get the right part, another 4 hr window time frame), guy shows up omplainI got, allpissed off that he had tried to call me, (once) but I didn't answer, )I was in the lavatory), just laughed to myself and shrugged my shoulders.
Worst is I asked him after install which took about 15 minutes, or less to use soapy water to test for any gas leaks around module as it's constantly exposed to gas, refused to do so, saying ""no leaks"" without pressure testing it or at the very minimum using soapy water, super dangerous. And how long would that have taken? Instead outside yapping it up with the neighbor. I had snapped a picture of him and figured if my house blew apart, I'd sue him and his company for everything. That tech sucked and his arrogance was beyond reproach . If you have a home warranty policy and call them regarding a plumbing issue, make sure you specifically state do not send this company out, because once they, (the home warranty company), sends them out and they show up and diagnosis the issue/s, you're essentially held hostage to follow through with them, as it's extremelly difficult to change to another local plumber. My suggestion is to ask home warranty, for any type of repair, what company they intend to send out, then hang up research that company's reviews first call them back and proceed or insist another company be assigned your job.

This plumber is misogynistic, was talking to my wife like she was an idiot, telling her to be thankful that he was helping her. Talking down to her and not be upfront and honest about the situation and pricing. First he came to the house for 1 minute, was sent by First American Home Warranty, never called back, never gave a solution. We called him back and he said we should thank him as he convinced the warranty company to give us $1,500. He said we should call him back after we get the money and then he would give us a quote to do the repair. So he would not give any indication of price. Stay away!
