Nation Side Plumbing and Rooter is a terrific plumbing company and John, the plumber was so professional and knowledgeable. I know the difference between great and mediocre. First off, making the appointment was easy. They called and scheduled first thing in the morning for that day. John came right in the window and was wearing a mask and very respectful. We walked through all the items and he fixed everything on the list. I am very appreciative. I intend to make Nation Side and particularly John my preferred plumbing company and plumber.

Very dishonest plumbing company. The owner lacks integrity and professionalism. They fail to meet their commitments, and then will lie, give poor excuses and false information for the reason why as opposed to taking ownership and accountability for their own mistakes. Don't work with them! There are many better plumbers out there

Racist against Mexicans!

During the course of my interactions with the technician. I didn't write down his name. He called his receptionist a ""stupid Mexican"" and made comments about Mexicans that work for him not being able to think for themselves and can only do exactly what they are told.

I recently purchased a condo and found several plumbing issues. I worked with my home warranty to review the issues and they connected me with Nation Side. They came out and inspected what I needed and collected the service fee. They submitted the claim info to the home warranty group and received partial approval. My home warranty looped me in and I called Nation Side same day. I never received a call back. On the day of the appointment, I called them to confirm and they told me that since they didn't get full approval, they canceled me. That would not have been a huge issue, except they never told me and waited for me to call them. I had already coordinated with my HOA and my job to be available. When I tried to get them to come out anyway, they told me that they could not guarantee the part and made efforts to up sell me on additional parts that were not disclosed at the initial review of my plumbing problems. I would not recommend using them.

We had a great experience with Nation Side Plumbing. They were assigned to us by our home protection insurance company. John called to ask me what my problem was and told me he would be out the next day between 11 am and 3 pm. A little after 3 pm he called to let me know he was running late but would be there within the hour. He arrived, fixed the problem (a clogged drain for my washing machine) quickly, and cleaned up the mess made from using a snake. He was polite and knowledgeable. I would use Nation Side again with confidence.

Tried to charge me $3000 (to start) for a less than $500 fix. They were the assigned contractor from my Home Warranty company. First Visit - 3 minutes - said that I did not have the access they needed. Very, very cold interaction with no service persona what so ever. They were wrong about the access. They came back two weeks later (while my family had no use of toilets or showers), shoved a snake down without performing a scope (as instructed by the warranty company), broke the snake off (which he admitted to doing weekly), said it would take nearly $3000 to dig up and pull out the snake they broke off - it would cost more if I wanted an actual plumbing repair. They were callous, uncaring and presumed an air that we needed them, they could treat us however they wanted to and had no vested interest in helping, they just wanted to put their hands in peoples pocket and take whatever money they had from them. So saddened to know they are out there duping people still.

I came home on a Friday night from being away to find my main line was clogged and the laundry I was trying to do caused my toilets, sinks, and tubs to back up covering the downstairs areas with water-
Nation Side came out Saturday to unclog the main line-
Sadly for me there was no working clean out on my older home, but Nation Side offered to come back Sunday to install one with hopes of clearing the blockage- Once installed and aware of what caused the situation Nation Side showed me detailed tracing of the issues and was able to replace and get my plumbing in working order in just days- They brought out their crews who were polite and hard working, John and Armani stayed close to the site, and I'm thrilled to say their work and service lived up to my expectations-
Service does seem important to Nation Side, and I can recommend them with confidence-

Nation Side was assigned to us by our home warranty company for a slab leak. They diagnosed the problem as a broken drain line and rerouted our bathroom drain to another pipe. Unfortunately this did not solve the problem because we had a recurrence of the leak. After getting a second opinion from another plumber who actually inspected the drain line, we found no break or issue with it. A leak detection found a leak in an under slab hot water line. So, we of course contacted nation side, providing them the info we had and that we did thousands of dollars of plumbing work and drywall repair for absolutely no reason....they refused to confirm for themselves that the drain line was fine and instead tried to sell us a repipe of the entire house. I'm beyond baffled and disappointed with the lack of integrity from this company. The other estimate we received was also 3x lower than what we paid for the original work, so they also seem to be extremely overpriced. Lesson learned to get a thorough assessment of the issue and second opinions. We definitely won't be calling this company again.

Had a leak in master bath ceiling, called Nation Side Plumbing and their plumber climbed into attic near the leak and said ""It's not leaking from a water pipe, it's condensation from your air ducts."" Paid $125 invoice, and called another plumber. This plumber found the leak from a copper water pipe in the same area of the attic in less than ten minutes. He repaired the leak and charged $100. Called Nation Side Plumbing and requested refund. Said ""No refund."" You should be very careful if you deal with this plumber.

Our home warranty insurer assigned Nation Side Plumbing to fix our garbage disposal. Nation Side Plumbing did a fantastic job from scheduling the service and doing the actual replacement of our garbage disposal. Armani replaced the garbage disposal and fixed the leak in less than half hour, but even though it's super quick, the job doesn't look rushed at all. It's clean and very professionally done. I'm really impressed with Armani and his buddy is nice too and help cleaned up the area. I highly recommend Nation Side Plumbing.

Nation Side Plumbing & Rooter with technician Armani was used through my home warranty first American.
Armani was extremely efficient and fast also a very nice to work with. I would recommend Nationwide plumbing and Rooter commercial on resident services! They did a great job finding and fixing the problem I'm a toilet and our garbage disposal. Very knowledgeable technician!
