Buyers beware do not use this company. Rude and cold no costumer service. Told me not to buy parts from Home Depot so I would buy from him. Lied about the diagnosis. Find a reasonable Plumber and friendly customer service. I see why they have a bad rating most the good ones are fake

I called my home warranty company for a leaky water heater, and they sent our Nation Side Plumbing and Rooter. First, the 2 techs were rude to my wife for asking questions. The next day they send over the contract with my out of pocket non-covered items. The contract prices were a total rip-off.
Just a few.
Sediment trap $180.00 I made it with 4 parts for $11.52
Drip pan $110.00 I bought one for $16.99
Vent modifiacation $105.00 I cut 3 inches off the pipe in 2 minutes.
Hot/Cold pipe $180.00 I bought both for $46.00
Gas line $170.00 I bought it as part of the package with the hot/cold pipes above.
There are a few additional charges I can't read.
Total $1370.00 my out of pocket, and the insurance will pay for the heater.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE BANDITS.

Sent by my first american home warranty. Warm water is not flowing properly, I have to turn on multiple faucets. They are rude when they talk to me and firm on suggesting I have a plumbing issue. That the home warranty will not cover it and have will be expensive to fix the plumbing. I have doubts on their assessment so i called another plumbing company recommended by my neighbor. Gallegos plumbing said the issue was the tankless water heater and I'm very looking forward on working with them to replace it. I do not recommend this company. If they come knocking on your door, just close it and save yourself some money because they will not give you clear solutions.

My First American Home Warranty assigned this company to check our drains and garbage disposal.
Just like other reviews mentioned, they didn't bother to do anything but make a scene of the ""foreign bodies"" that weren't supposed to be there. However, I have not used and unplugged mine for weeks and those stuff were from cooking YESTERDAY. They are tons of reason why the motor dead. Mine had broken down several times and it's just an old one and they said my contract is one month ""new"" (??? NOT TRUE) and my problem is ""old"" (ofc who needs to replace a new one!) and my insurance won't cover it and didn't let me talk about the issues at all. And ofc the insurance denied the claim for replacement and then we asked for their report from our home warranty and guess what they did not tell the truth claiming I put multiple rubber bands inside (Excuse me??).
I was really shocked about their attitude so we called home warranty for another company for a second opinion and guess what it's not my ""own ignorance"" caused the problem at all!! The new plumbers even solve all my problems in one hour. Shockingly!! it must be really hard!

Unprofessional and one contractor called me a bitch on his way out of my house.

I had to ask the two contractors assigned to my case to leave my house 2 minutes into the job after they verbally harassed me. I only used them since they were a referral from my home warranty company. From the start they were rude and condescending. When they began to look at my garbage disposal (which I stopped using as soon as I realized that it never turned on) there was one sauce package inside that fell inside. One of the contractors began to yell at me and say very condescendingly that I'm not supposed to have that in there. He made such a big show of it. It was like a parent yelling at their child. We had a few more similar exchanges after that and I had to ask them to leave. The guy said that he was glad to and called me a bitch on his way out. When I called the company after they left the woman that I spoke with didn't care about what happened and never called me back after she was going to check in on the issue. They never finished the job.

Nation Side Plumbing does nothing to hold their employees accountable and they don't care about employing professional contractors.

My guest shower was making a squealing noise after the cartridge was replaced. Nation side came out and said it was from my shower head. He turned several pipes around and around and said I just needed to screw on a new head. Went to Home Depot and got a new head and screwed it on myself that evening only to find 1) water was now leaking from the pipe connected to the wall which he was turning earlier 2) squealing noise was still there.

Called them back and he came out again and said the noise was now coming from the diverter. Replaced the diverter with a cheap one that didn't even match the color of my existing shower hardware and left a HUGE GAP between the diverter and wall. He said I should buy clear caulk and seal around it -- ME. What a joke.

Terrible customer service. Was assigned through insurance company. Rude over the phone, rude in person. Would not let me speak or explain to me their diagnosis, said ""well I can't talk to you like a plumber you won't understand."" Literally all I asked was to tell me what they thought the issue was and what part they were replacing.

I had this company show up at my condo. The tech Armani was very unprofessional I would never refer this company to anyone bad service! Armani called me back the next day and was very rude and unprofessional he would not let me talk and tried to take over take the conversation then hung up on me. This company needs to have their employees take customer service course!
