Nathan and his crew are knowledgeable, on time, communicative, tidy, and above all super professional. Our 16 year old tankless water heater went kaput, called Nathan's Plumbing and he determined that the core was cracked thus beyond repair because of its age :-/ 24 hours later, he had installed a comparable unit. I have used his services for both home and commercial several times over the years and I've never been disappointed. Bonus: when a repair (long run of buried broken sewer pipe) was not something he could tackle, the company he recommended for the job was excellent as well. Nathan treats his customers right!! 5 stars

Referred to Nathan from a neighbor and boy am I happy I was. Called Nathan on a Saturday and got a call back same day. Nathan took the time to listen to my problem and concerns and walk me through a temporary fix to get me through the weekend. Knows his stuff, dedicated to his craft, looking out for his customers, and a genuinely good person. I can't recommend Nathan's Plumbing enough.

UPDATE: 8/8/23 - Nathan had referred me to Proven Plumbing to have our 40 gal gas hot water heater replaced in our attic space. Proven Plumbing just finished that replacement and earned a solid 5 stars in my review of their work. That great work further justifies my 5 star review of Nathan's Plumbing. Good referrals from one reputable company to another is a customer-centric value that so many companies and business men/women have lost. Nathan's Plumbing and Proven Plumbing are highly recommended in my book.

Nathan and his apprentice were friendly and got the job done ASAP. Nathan is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things, he also gave us some advice for winterizing pipes. Nathan is a great plumber. I just finished a home renovation and was experiencing some critical plumbing issues. Plumbing was backing up into our shower due to a lost test ball in the pipes. Nathan came to our home with state-of-the-art equipment, diagnosed the problem and made sure the problem was fixed. He is smart, easy to work with, and honest. I cannot say enough good things about Nathan Hall.

Nathan is the man. Pure and simple. He knows his stuff and is particular about doing things right as opposed to just getting the job done. We've used him three times at our home. Best part, you deal with him directly as a small biz. I prefer supporting craftsmen like him as opposed to the big local companies who spend a fortune on ads. This gent cares so much about his clients that he has actually offered, twice, to walk me through a repair on the phone as opposed to coming out and billing me. In both cases, I preferred he came out and he did so, happily and took care of things.

I called Nathan's yesterday just a couple of minutes before 6pm to leave a message that the water dispenser on our GE refrigerator had stopped working. (The manual said for this problem I could need a repairman or a plumber, depending on the cause of the problem.) Nathan called me back in less than 5 minutes and said he'd be at our house at 9am this morning. He and an apprentice were here at 9 sharp, disconnected the water line from the wall to the fridge and low and behold, there was water, and so not a plumbing problem. Nathan changed the water filter for me, pushed the fridge back into place, and wiped up the few drops of water on the floor. It wasn't his fault he couldn't fix it; it wasn't a plumbing issue. But he was super nice: he wouldn't let me pay the full charge for a service visit, but instead accepted a very minimal fee.
This was the second time we've used Nathan's Plumbing and we couldn't be more impressed. They are professionals. I recommend them completely!

Had a major leak on a Friday and when another plumbing service didn't show up as scheduled, I called Nathan. Nathan gave me lots of helpful suggestions to patch the problem and then came out promptly the following Monday morning and fixed the issue. Nathan is a great communicator, he is punctual, and his prices are reasonable. I give him the highest recommendation and won't hesitate to call him if I have another plumbing issue.
