I live in an over 55 community. Recently, we had 2 water main breaks a day apart. My toilet bowl wouldn't fill tho the rest worked fine. Since Nate's had worked on the mains I called them. The repairman arrived and inspected the issue while I watched. The tube that fills the bowl was out of place. When I asked him if this was the Park's responsibility he said ""yes"" and went on to explain why. He said he wasn't going to charge me extra (he did nothing except put the tube back in place) making it sound like he was doing me a favor. My bill was almost $100, which is outrageous, but I paid. I emailed the Manager to be reimbursed and he advised he would do what's necessary to do so. When I didn't receive my money back, I called Nate's. I was told that the repairman did not say the Park was responsible and I would not be reimbursed. He had either lied to me or to his boss. Simple common sense. I told them I would not call them again for repairs nor would I recommend them to others. My fault for not reading the reviews. Their fault for the above.

Do NOT use Nate's Plumbing!!!! We called them because we live near them and wanted to support local, community businesses. We had some basic plumbing that needed to be done: two sinks and faucets installed, a toilet, etc. I called Nate's and asked for a price for these pretty standard things. The man I spoke with refused to give me any idea of a price over the phone. So, at that time, I asked him to come out and give me a bid. He said that to save gas, he didn't give bids, he would just come out and give us a price (and get our approval of the fee) before beginning the work. A contractor was sent out the next morning and gave us a ridiculous quote of $1200 (approx. 2-3 hours of work -- all materials were provided. We said that we weren't willing to pay that amount and said we didn't want the work done. At that point, FOR THE FIRST TIME, the plumber said that there was a $100 service charge for him coming out there. We would have never agreed to pay for a bid -- we had several plumbers that agreed to give us a bid for free. We only had gotten their bid first because they came out the day after we called. By the way, their prices are insane.... we ended up getting the work done for $275 by a different licensed plumber.
