I have used Nathan for my plumbing since I purchased my house in 2003. Shame on me for never writing a review. If you want someone professional, knowledgeable, reliable, reasonably priced, and will get the job done, Nate's Plumbing is the way to go. I cannot say anything bad about this company. Hence the reason for all five star reviews from customers.

Nate put in a water heater at our house. After 3 years the heater started to leak. The heater was under the 6 year warranty. We called Nate and he was slow to respond and didn't help us get a new heater under the warranty. No help at all from Nate. Nate got his money and ran. Stay away from Nate's Plumbing.

He was prompt in returning all phone calls prior to the appointment and arrived to assist within the window of time promised the day of service. He was very thorough in walking through my home and helping me troubleshoot the leaking issue. He also answered various questions I had with regards to pipes and plumbing in my home. I'm back with my 2nd review of Nate's Plumbing Service. I called Nate and made an appointment to get my fridge connected to my water line. Nate was prompt as usual and did a fantastic job. In no time at all had had the water line hooked up (had to drill through my kitchen floor to the basement) and I am now able to get filtered water and ice from my fridge. I would recommend Nate's Plumbing to all my friends and family. He's worth every 5 star rating.

I have used Nate's Plumbing at least three times and will use him again and again for all my plumbing needs. He is VERY responsive to calls and can be on the scene within 24 hours or less to fix the problem. His service is effective and efficient. He has repaired my hot water heater and replaced a sump pump for me. All work has been completed very well and never needed a follow-up service call. In my book, Nate's Plumbing is the best and I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. Peace of mind is what you get when you choose Nate's Plumbing. It's done right the first time!

Nate arrived a little later than promised but considering the distance I'll factor in traffic from MD to NOVA. He went straight to the issue and was able to troubleshoot without going to the most expensive option, which not only fixed the issue but was much appreciated! He was friendly and courteous. Things you don't find with most plumbers in the Arlington area, plus he beat their prices by a long shot! Definitely a keeper!

Nathan came out this morning because our dual sinks were clogged and our garbage disposal was broken. He arrived early (perfect because I needed to get to work), was very professional, fixed the problem quickly and was very polite the whole time. Great service and HONEST owner. I will be using only him from now on and referring him to friends. I suggest you do the same.
