I don't leave negative reviews very often but I'm motivated tonight. Had Nate and his apprentice brother come to do a garbage disposal a new trap under the other sink. They also installed two new faucets. He was friendly but very overpriced. I was desperate with no sink and I think he sensed it. Charged me $800 and was at the house for 2 hours. When I asked him why he charges $400/hr he just shrugged and said that's my rate, knowing I had no other convenient options. (BTW, I bought the garbage disposal and faucets myself at Lowe's. He only installed them.)

This was enough to make me never use him again. However, in the past several months two of the joints on the line from the disposal and the other sink have literally come loose (as in come apart) because they were not adequately tightened) causing water to flow suddenly from the cupboard into the kitchen and the utility line in the basement.

I wish Nate no ill, but he needs to adjust his thinking about quality and value if he is going to stay in business.

I was exceptionally pleased with the work from Nate's Plumbing. This company was recommended by various neighbors within the neighborhood where our rental home is located. We are a military family and because we no longer reside in the Springs, it is important to hire someone trustworthy. I felt at ease after speaking with Nate because he is very knowledgeable in his field of work. He gave us 2 options for the issue at our rental home and ultimately we ended up replacing our water heater. We then learned that our water heater was still under warranty via Home Depot, but we would have to return it in person to Home Depot and exchange it for a new one. Nate went above and beyond by helping us exchange our water heater since we could not do it ourselves, living in Texas. That spoke volumes to us about his dedication to help his customers because by doing so, it saved us a significant amount of money. We understand is isn't the norm to ask a company to do this, and we were very hesitant to even ask but desperate to have the warranty honored. Nate came through for us, exchanged and installed the new water heater AND performed some additional work for us to ensure everything was up to code. This is the type of company we trust and will call for all our future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend Nate's Plumbing for all your plumbing services. I have zero doubts he has gone above and beyond many times before -for his customers! Thanks Nate!

Bottom Line Up Front: Quick to respond, quick to comprehensively fix, great communication (listed and priced out several options), and saved the day on a big issue.

I'm a landlord and had a tenant alert me that the dishwasher and washing machine weren't draining properly. Never a great sign. I contacted my usual plumber who, when he recognized the issue (cast iron sewer drain piping that needed replacing), told me he didn't have the experience to feel comfortable taking on the job. I appreciated the honesty but was kind of left in a lurch. I got in touch with Nate through Yelp.

Nate was quick to get out and confirm the diagnosis of the issue and, in a professional, non-pushy, non-salesy manner, give me options for fixing the issue. It wasn't cheap or the cheapest quote, but sometimes you get what you pay for. He was there fixing the major problem within a couple days. It shouldn't be surprising that someone fixes your issue completely in the time they say they'll complete it, but I was pleasantly surprised. Nate got there on the day he said he would, provided photo updates, and finished on schedule (which was extra important because my tenant had to stay elsewhere, seeing as how there was no water at the house).

I'm as pleased as you can be when it comes to an unexpected major plumbing repair, which is saying something. Thanks Nate and co!

When the pipes in my walls started rattling/vibrating after every flush, I googled and tried some DIYs, including the valves in the flush tank, but when that didn't help, I contacted Nate.
He was on-site the same week and informed me that the pressure regulating valve at the main line needed replacement.
He was there the following day and replaced the valve in 30 minutes.
The issue was resolved and I can't be more relieved.
