I told him I needed someone to install a dishwasher, explained 2X that's what I needed. He said he would come to do so in a few hours, had to call him close to the time to confirm, only then he said he was delayed.

When he finally came to the unit, he said to my tenant that he doesn't do dishwasher installations. He wasted my time (and his). Not sure why he showed up even though I explained to him 2x I needed someone to install a dishwasher.

Nate the Snake was recommended to me by a plumber who didn't actually know him. He came over rather quickly to snake out a clogged drain pipe. It was a nightmare from the beginning. He arrived without a ladder, a bucket to catch water, or cleaning cloths or towels. They made a complete mess of my laundry room by using my garden hose. Ceiling tiles and floor were soaked. When they left it seemed to be fixed but one month later the same clog happened again. I called David Beedle who came out, snaked from the kitchen with a camera and fixed it. No mess, no stress. I would NOT recommend Nate the Snake.

Go elsewhere....I Hired them for a simple drain clog and they ended up busting my pipe, charging me for the work they did and told me I am responsible for the cost to repair the damage. They didn't even know which drains were connected to which water lines, I ended up telling them where to snake to resolve the issue.

Of course I was expecting company to arrive the day after next when the dishwasher started backing up into the kitchen sink with the worst smell. I called one service who gave it a try only to say that they couldn't get it and I'd have to try someone else. I gave Nate The Snake a call. They arrived quickly, called in additional men when it turned into a larger deal because it's a three-floor townhouse, and got the job done!! Big hugs and many thanks!!!

Called Nate the Snake for a clogged kitchen sink on a Sunday night, and one of the employees, John, arrived within an hour. First tried to fix the issue with a 25' snake, didn't work. Then tried to flush the pipes out with water from a garden hose, didn't work and flooded the sink cabinet and wood kitchen floor with backlogged water. Finally, John cut a portion of the pipe in the basement and sludge started coming out and spilling everywhere. A trash can caught most of the stuff, but there was still sludge that splashed onto the carpet floor. John did not stay to help clean up the mess, because he said there was another job that he needed to get to.

All in all, clogging problem was resolved, but much more precaution should've been taken to protect surrounding environment and floors from potential water and sludge. Didn't feel that John respected the homeowner/customer when it came to keeping things clean as much as possible. I know plumbing can be a dirty job, but there are ways to minimize damage and intensive clean-up.

Our main line was totally clogged. I called Nate cleaned the line with his machine that he said goes 250'. He went in about 20' and hit the clog. He unclogged it within 15 min. All my drains run smoothly now. I highly recommend him. His price was very reasonable.

as a property manager i've worked with many drain cleaning companies. there is usually plenty of drama and deceipt. not so with nate the snake company. they arrived within the hour and removed the obstruction within a few minutes. the tenant and i are very pleased.

Our kitchen sink backed up last night. We tried to unclog it- used drano, plunger and a small snake- nothing worked! Nate the Snake came this morning and was here less than an hour- done! Fixed and flowing beautifully! He also fixed a leaky pipe we did it know was leaky! Thanks, Nate! Beautiful job! And he was reasonably priced, too! Call him!
