I've called Natal's out twice for HVAC issues and they've been solid on not leaving until something is fixed that I'm switching completely to them for everything HVAC related. I had been using a small business for my HVAC needs but New Orleans is too hot in the summer for me to wait for one man to be open.
I called Natal's to get a mini split installed in our addition because it was they talked me through my options and it was the less expensive and better option for long term use. They also provided me with 12 month interest free payment plan so you can pay monthly instead of all up front.
They just came out again because our extremely old HVAC unit was having some minor issues. Instead of charging me for the work and the call, they signed me up for their regular system checks for the rest of this year and for the call out. Saved me about $100!
I'm seriously grateful for Natal's and happy to have found a good company who takes their work seriously.

We had a deteriorating wooden platform holding our A/C unit. Natal's A/C company came in and did a phenomenal job. They replaced the platform, serviced and cleaned the A/C unit, and even added a return air vent in a part of the house that was lacking. This team was professional, courteous and hard working. They did an incredible job. 5 STARS!!!

Natal's provided a technician very quickly and he arrived on time. Kyle was very helpful and took the time to explain the current problem, but also pointed out some potential issues I could face in the future. At no time did I feel pressured to have additional services rendered. I would highly recommend Natal's and I will be signing up for twice yearly service inspections.
Also, Kyle wore an N95 mask and gloves given the current Covid-19 epidemic. He also maintained proper social distancing the entire time.

I used this company because I needed a quick fix. They get 3 stars for answering the call and sending over a professional technician that was on time, courteous and (hopefully) got the job done (need time to ensure the problem is resolved). They only get 3 stars because they are overly priced. Over $400 just to have a coil cleaned? Must be some newly discovered, hard to get cleaning solvent.

Technician showed up to the house within 3 hrs of my initial phone call. Got a text notification and email once he was en route. Kyle was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Will definitely be calling them in the future for any service requirements.

Had to have a complete new central HVAC installed in a condo I rent last Fall. Natal's crew was efficient, professional, communicated well, and cleaned up after themselves.
I give them 5 stars because this past week my tenant reported the AC wasn't working and Natal's came out same day to check it and didn't charge for the visit. In other words they honored the warranty but did it right by coming out same day and keeping me a happy customer. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for HVAC needs.

After having another company install a ""New"" Central System, the company came out 8 times in 8 months ""Fixing"" the problem. Turns out the system, although installed in December 2017 the outside unit said it was manufactured 2013(red flag), turns out the unit in the attic had a Freon leak and other problems. After the last fix, no air for 3.5 weeks and a company owner who said ""I did the best I could"". I decided to get an entirely new system. I contacted Natal's Air Conditioning & Heating. I had an appointment with Patrick and needless to say; I was totally impressed with his knowledge, he listen to my plight, examined the system and noted the deficiencies. They are not the cheapest, but certainly one of the Best, you get what you pay for!!
They arrive Tuesday at 8:00 am. There were 4 trucks and 5 men including Patrick. Needless to say they did not leave until 8:30 or 9:00 pm due to the promise fulfilled that they were not leaving until the job complete, which included: removing the attic stairs completely, removable of system installed in December 2018 and also removed a old system that had be left by the previous company contracted to remove the system but was left; installing a totally new system. Did I mention that after installation, Patrick sent a carpenter to install the trim on the attic stairs and ensure that my ceiling was left in perfect condition You would not believe I had any work done, except the feel of wonderful cool air coming from my newly installed system. Thanks to Patrick and his team who are the most professional, hardworking and kind group of young men I have had the pleasure of meeting.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Natal's ....this company surpassed all in my opinion...... professional, friendly and on time. Patrick was very professional, friendly and got the job done..... I spoke with him in the morning he followed up with me during the day and the new P Tac AC was installed that afternoon....I expect close to perfection and that is what I got....great company and fair price.....Well done!
