Overall great experience. Natal's customer service is impressive. Their communication throughout the repair process was deeply appreciated. And, Cody, the technician who repaired my AC unit was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem, discussed the repairs needed and delivered to plan. Highly recommend.

Technician showed up to the house within 3 hrs of my initial phone call. Got a text notification and email once he was en route. Kyle was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Will definitely be calling them in the future for any service requirements.

We had a plumbing emergency at 11:30pm on Thanksgiving night. I googled ""emergency plumber"" and called two other places first who either didn't answer or were not much help. I called Natal's and spoke with Donnie. He was really supportive and helpful over the phone as water was shooting out of our toilet. We were able to get the water situation under control, but we would still need someone to come out. He was unable to get a plumber out to us that night but promised to have his plumber call us first thing in the morning, which they did. Their plumber, Rodney, came out to us the next morning and was timely and gave us a quote in writing before he started working and did a great job. He also took a look at another plumbing issue we had while he was at our home and has continued to assist us. I though their pricing was fair and will be using them in the future for any issues.

One downside of moving across the country is having to find reliable contractors all over again, but today Natal's took care of the HVAC part of that. Every part of the process was top notch.
My house is only three years old, but there was no evidence of when my furnace and A/C were last serviced, so when the A/C squeaked a little bit, I decided it was time. Natal's is one block away and had consistent 5-stars on Yelp, so I gave them a call.
Tracy, the scheduler, and Joe, the technician, are both friendly and professional. Joe is young, but said he's been with company for eight years, and I consider that a very reassuring sign. My appointment window was 10-noon, and he was there a few minutes after 10, after a call from Tracy. He said everything was clean and good to go so I didn't need an actual tuneup. He did work for the better part of an hour cleaning the unit out back while discussing the Saints' and Chiefs' prospects for 2021. After showing me a couple of things to do to keep the system in top shape, he cleaned up and changed the batteries in my thermostat. I'm satisfied enough that I bought a maintenance plan, so the fall furnace service it already taken care of. I highly recommend these folks!

Great service, spoke to the lady over the phone very friendly and helped me make an appointment. The day of the appointment the company sent a text to my phone of the tech coming and a picture of him. When the tech arrived he was knowledgeable about the AC unit and how to fix the problem. The tech offered several options and price points to fix the job. Great service all the way around. Only one complaint I had I just wish I had a better understanding of the time the tech would show up that day. I was given an hour notice but hard to plan something on that day when it is 8-4 they can show up. But a 5 star rating!!! Will use them again!

It wasn't cheap, but from what I understand freon is really expensive. You know my calculus professor at LSU invented a fridge that used CO2 rather than freon. CO2 is pretty cheap. Just throwing that fun fact out there. But, yeah... Le, the technician, was cool and respectful and seemed like he knew what he was doing from experience rather than a stint in trade school. He diagnosed the problem that a previous tech from another company had missed (I don't know how!!!), and now my AC is cooling my house like it did in the good ole days. Thanks Le

I returned to my condo 8 days after hurricane ida's nasty visit and 3 days after power was restored to my building. Everything was working fine when I arrived, except for the HVAC unit. It's one of the ""communicating"" units ... and it wasn't communicating.
Nidal was on time and gave me a call ahead of his arrival. He was well organized and did a systematic review and quickly diagnosed the issue. Initial installers were a bit sloppy with their wiring... DC current was a bit off at the compressor).
He fixed the issue and the unit works like a champ.
I highly recommend Natal's for all HVAC services.

Stay away from them .Everything is overpriced and they do not answer emails. Their golden service agreement is a joke

This is a review for Jeannette at Natal's A/C. My A/C was out and my landlord wasn't responding to me. I called and Jeannette called my landlord, got permission to come on site, booked an appointment for me.... and then called less than 30 minutes later with a same day appointment cause there was a cancellation. In this growing May heat... Jeannette's concern, efficiency, and kindness...and being so damn good at her job... saved me restless nights' sleep and energy drain. Thank you Jeannette! Give her a raise or a bonus!

Had to have a complete new central HVAC installed in a condo I rent last Fall. Natal's crew was efficient, professional, communicated well, and cleaned up after themselves.
I give them 5 stars because this past week my tenant reported the AC wasn't working and Natal's came out same day to check it and didn't charge for the visit. In other words they honored the warranty but did it right by coming out same day and keeping me a happy customer. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for HVAC needs.
