don't hire this company at all. these people don't know what they are doing i had a problem with hot water mixing valve in the tub i called on 12/5/18 they gave me an estimate of 95 dollars per hr which i said i am ok. the guy comes doesn't know what is wrong goes to the store gets the parts which are unnecessary (later fixed)by different company. very impatient and rude he broke the screw of the plate because he placed plate completely in wrong direction forced to tighten the screw.i told him he placed it wrong he got very annoyed and replaced the way it was . these people say building is old which is only 12 years old and charged for the labor for all the hrs but the problem is not fixed .i called for refund the receptionist very rude says no refund since he was in here for 4 hrs .the company should charge if they fixed the problem instead they charge for trial and error method and charge you for the hrs though the problem is not fixed .don't bother waste your money and time with these people

Decided to use a local and long time business,Nastus Brothers to install new furnace and air conditioner coil. THEY WERE NOT A GOOD CHOICE!! I discovered they did not apply for a permit for the job and when I questioned them, then they applied months later and said I was responsible to pay for the permit. Also they failed to tell me to register the furnace and parts online to receive the full 10 year warranty. Because of their lack of communication, I lost 5 years of warranty on the new furnace. The permit should have been normal procedure and informing the customer on how to receive the full warranty should have been customer courtesy. I called them to discuss my concerns and they said it was not their responsibility. Now I have a 5 yr. old furnace with damage part and no warranty!!! NOT USE THEM!! BEWARE!!

DO NOT HIRE, DISHONEST, RIPOFF, this company overcharged me big time according to the 95 an hour price I got when calling for an estimate. They charged me twice the hourly rate for being here for 15 minutes and replaced a part that cost 20 dollars. I called them to ask about the bill but they continually ignored me. They said to me, why didn't you question the bill when you signed it? I said because there were 2 men standing in my living room that I trusted and I got an estimate that I trusted. These people are already rich from their business and don't care about the little customer. I will never use them again and I am going to blog about how horrible they are on every other site I can find.

I had to pick a star to write this trust me they do not rate a star not even a dam dot ! So I made a wrong turn on ward st. I go in and ask about the business across from them they tell me oh no they don't do plumbing they just do digging for us. So I make an appointment the guy comes out checks the problem and tells me the charge for today would go towards the bill if I decide to let them do the job he tells me they would call me with a date to do the job in a few days three days go by no call so I caked the office and ask when are they coming back because I paid the fee of 92.00 and he told me it would go toward the job the person in office tells me no that's not so he had no right telling me that he is not the boss and no where close to it so I told her I want job done she tells me she would call back with a price next day she calls to tell it would be 6,000.00 I say ok fine when can I get on the schedule she said she would call me back it's been three weeks she has not called back the lies out right bullshit and talking slick and down right nasty she has to be a family member working there so if you looking for a plumber for God sake don't go or call nasty brothers
