We moved out to the suburbs after having lived in a condo building in downtown Chicago for over 10 years, so we were new to the whole hiring a contractor to fix problems in our new home. After seeing water accumulation in our basement for a few weeks, we found Narwhal Plumbing from the great reviews on Yelp. They were extremely responsive, coming out that same day. They were very respectful of our home, using feet coverings and bringing in heavy duty garbage bags to remove the broken equipment. Their tools and equipment were very well organized and they were extremely professional. We felt extremely confident that the job was performed well above standards and in compliance with codes. It was also great to see that they are licensed. They did such a great job that we are planning on calling them back to do a build out of a much needed bathroom-spa area for the master bedroom as well as a bathroom for the basement buildout. We would highly recommend them.

Jacob separated himself from the competition by asking for photos and more details so that he could provide an accurate quote. He was very communicative, the least expensive of the 4, and showed up exactly when he said he would - to the minute. The work was professional, clean and efficient. He will get any future plumbing business I can't do myself.
