Mark B.This place did an expensive job in yellow springs and left this massive pile of dirt for the homeowner to pick up. It's not even my house but dang, why not clean up your mess as pet of the job. Pathetic.
My sump pump pipe broke at the PVC seal following years of vibration apparently. Unfortunately, my finished basement flooded. Narrow Path was recommended by my insurance agent. Two gentlemen arrived fairly quickly and evaluated that it was merely the seal and not the pump. They replaced it with a very solid rubber seal and only charged me for the visit. They were so kind and honest. I truly appreciate that I now have a plumber I can trust to call again in the future! Thank you Narrow Path!
We called Narrow Path Plumbing for the first time. They came out promptly and had the problem fixed in no time at all. They were so polite and knew exactly what they were doing.
Will call them if we need more work done!
Heads up if you use this company. I just had to have real plumbers come due to my toilet not working.... Big surprise, the idiots at Narrow Path had capped the vent pipe even though I told them that was not something they should do. Horrible work....a bathroom sink that has never drained and quality that they should be ashamed of. The owner was rude and condescending the whole time. A job that was estimated at 1 to 1 1/2 weeks drug on for almost 6. Don't let their pictures fool you, my plaster is cracking, the paint job was abysmal, and the plumbing work was sub par and that's being kind.
Workman did not show up on time (10am). I called at 1030, 11, and noon. No response or call back until 3:12pm. Workman showed up at nearly 4pm and did not seem to care that he was 6 hours late. A small discount was applied, which I appreciate. The next day, I noticed a leak at the location the work was performed and called. They have now not responded for over a week. Strongly do not recommend this company.
Madalyn A.This business has always been prompt, honest and professional. My family will ONLY use Narrow Path Plumbing and we recommend them to anyone that has an issue.
They replaced a shutoff valve/pipe at a house in Bellbrook, which required water shutoff at the meter. Did excellent work at a fair price, the new valve is much better quality than the old one. The office was friendly and easy to work with, I'll definitely call on them again!
Lance M.I have used this company on several occasions and all in all a pretty good experience. I recently had them out to repair a water leak in my slab which went well. They ended up putting a sleeve in the line which is fine. But when I went to use my 10% discount card on the labor portion of the bill they only gave me part of it. I questioned the invoice first because they just put a total and they do not write out exactly what the charges are for so I called the office and received a break down of the labor and material costs. I then asked why and if I could expect any additional money back since they did not deduct the entire 10% from the labor. Never heard back. One of the reasons I used them was that they send you a 10% off labor postcard which really helps and I appreciate. But what's the point if they will not honor it.
Tim M.We had a overall very good experience with them. The owner stood by their work 100% and made sure everything was right with a somewhat complex on demand system we had installed. He is a great guy and has really good prices. I will be using them again and I will recommend them to others. They do work in Cincinnati as well as Dayton.
I called Chris to have him give me an estimate on installing a gas line for my newly installed gas cooktop. He was out the next day and looked over the job giving me a verbal estimate and then following up with a written estimate later the next day. Two days later he dispatched Josh and Ryan to do the job of installing a gas line and hooking up my gas cooktop. Both those guys had very positive attitudes about getting the job done. I was very well pleased with their work and they finished in a few hours. I would recommend this company to anyone who would ask if I new a good plumbing company. I plan on using this company for ALL MY FUTURE NEEDS. I'm not only a customer for life but I'm also a former plumber myself. I usually don't rate company high on the list but Chris and his team at Narrow Path are true experts in my book.
