There was a person that showed up to service our business and he was for sure doing Marijuana, his name was David, he smelled like it really bad guess he forgot his gum I felt completely disrespected and would not recommend this company until they figure out a drug testing implementation for their workforce. I'm surprised to see the number of positive reviews due to my current experience with this company. I am new to the area and our contractor helped to set up the work to be completed by Napps. They wrapped a short outdoor pipe with weather stripping, placed a plastic piece around a valve box for a washing machine, and changed out a toilet and vanity (which we provided). The amount of time they recorded was 7.5 hours to complete these tasks. The time plus expenses recorded cost $1,161. I was shocked to see the bill, considering what was completed. I spoke with my contractor and he stated we shouldn't expect to be charged for more than 5 hours. I called and spoke with Napps and was told they tried to fix the old toilet (which didn't work) and I was being charged for that time also, but they would take off the cost of the parts that didn't work. After more deliberation Napps agreed to also remove 2 hrs of the time initially charged. Although they did remove some of the initial charges I am still very dissatisfied with paying over $800 for such a small job. Buyer beware.

Outside AC unit developed a strange noise late in the afternoon. Called Napp's to have someone come check it out. Tech called me within 5 minutes to say he was on his way. Arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the failing part. Took less than an hour from the time I called until everything was back to normal. Very satisfied!

My mother is a senior citizen and she had an issue w/her kitchen sink. She called NAPPS, made an appointment, and they were a no-show. She called again, made another appointment, again a no-show. In both instances, no one from NAPPS called to notify her that they weren't coming. She called a third time, she explained about the no-shows, and did she get some sort of apology? ABSOLUTELY NOT! She received rudeness and lots of attitude and was told that they had a major issue that was more important that her problem. Residential issues deserve to be treated similarly as business issues in my opinion. In addition, everyone deserves to be treated w/dignity and respect and not receive the disgusting treatment that my mother did. Just awful! Needless to say, this is one company that will not be called for any future issues.
