I had a problem with my furnace. It had decided to not work. After calling several of the larger HVAC companies in Rochester and being told it would be 4-5-6 days before they could come to my home, I called Napora. Yuri answered on the third ring, I told him my problem, he said he was on another job but would come later after he finished. I had about given up. He came at 9pm after working all day. Within 15 minutes he had diagnosed the problem--a tired ignitor. Sadly, he did not have one on the truck to replace it and promised to get back the next day. Sure enough, he came next again at 9 pm once again after spending a whole day on another job. He had called and said he would be late. Did the repair in 15 minutes.
He figured the bill and apologized for the amount, it was, by the way, a lot less than I expected.
I would recommend Napora to anyone of my friends or family. One thing about Yuri he is a man of few words but he is a man of his word.

We are so grateful for Yuri and Napora Heating and Cooling! Our air condition unit was old and we knew we would be replacing it soon - so naturally it stopped working during the first 90 degree weekend of the summer. I called on a Tuesday, sent a few photos and spoke with Yuri and he was able to quote us, we signed the contract and he was here the next day! Service was professional, very friendly and informative. We had been trying to convince my mother in law to replace her failing water heater before it became an absolute necessity and of course we all know that wasn't going to happen now don't we.
So when we got the call two nights ago that ""for some strange reason, I don't have any hot water."" I know that we had waited too long.
So, I was on the phone first thing yesterday morning looking for a plumber. Well, Yuri's company wasn't the biggest one I called or the smallest.He wasn't the cheapest but he was friendly, professional,sounded like he knew his stuff and he could be there today. Now, we live over an hour's drive from my mother in law and it's always a crap shoot whenever I have to find a home service pro where she lives because all the ones I use don't go ""way out there. ""
So, I gave Yuri the go ahead and I have no regrets whatsoever.
Originally, Yuri was planning on doing the job himself but he got hung up on another job so he made sure two of his guys got took care of our job, which they did quite efficiently, then he made sure to touch base with me to make sure that I was satisfied.
When all is said and done, working with Napora Heating & Cooling took all the hassle out of one of those jobs that have you under the gun to get it done ASAP. Hopefully, the next time I need their services it will be for something I want because I know I can count on them when I'm in a jam.

Great service. They installed a new furnace and A/C unit at my home. Yuri came out and explained everything to me in detail. He gave me a quote for the service and it was very reasonable. He and his partner completed the work in one day and did a great job of cleaning up. I had a minor glitch with the new thermostat afterwards and they came out immediately and fixed it. Highly recommended.

Needed hvac help last minute for some surprise flooding in our basement coming from our ac/furnace. Answered the phone immediately, got a technician out to my house within an hour or two. The tech quickly identified the problem, answered all of my (admittedly excessive) questions, explained to me the repair options, what he would do if it were his own house, and walked me through some of the basic maintenance for the furnace that I can do on my own.

Definitely calling them back in the fall for our annual servicing (which we've been forgetting x2.5 years).

I called Napora Heating & Cooling for a pinhole leak in a copper pipe in my basement a couple weeks back. He was able to meet me immediately at my house as I left my workplace. He quoted me a price, did the work, and was done in less than an hour. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Quick, quality work when I needed it. Would highly recommend.

Plumbing done right! Yuri the owner came and replaced my sump pump and got the water out of the basement. He was kind, pleasant and knowledgeable.

I called my regular ac guy and he was rude as hell! this was 3 days before Memorial day.

I called Napora on Memorial Day and guess what, he was there within 2 hours to ck out my AC. Needed sealant as the AC unit that is only 6yrs old had a leak. Came back on Tuesday to repair, so far so good!!!


Thank you big time!! I would call again if need be...Really he came on Memorial Day!! WOW!!!
