Mike Napolitano and his technicians are first rate! I have known and have had Mike do work in my house for many years. I have a very old steam heat system with air convectors to heat the house. He has been the only guy I trust with maintaining my system and fixing problems as the steam system is about 50+ years old. Mike goes the extra mile to do a perfect job and takes ownership of his work. If you have a problem after he has done a job in your house he will rectify it. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I think the only negative is that by word of mouth his business has grown to a very large number of customers. So make your appointments early!! I highly recommend him.

Wife and I have used them a few times. They recently were able to fix our gas heating system. A bird got in there! Get a chimney cap!!! They were very good with communication over text. We will be using them again.

I've used Mike for my HVAC needs. I've had issues with my central ever since I've purchased my house in 2018. Each year the technician said they couldn't find the leak and just added Freon (350-600$) my unit would be good for the season but then happen again the next spring/summer. I called Mike and his company 3 years ago. He spent an extremely hot summer day diagnosing and finding where the leak was. The following year I lost only 2 lbs compared to the full 5 I would lose each year. This year, my unit lasted all season. No issues.

Few months ago I also had a mini split installed in a den area with and remove an old 22000 BTU monstrosity. The den was always too hot or too cold/drafty. He came with a solution and the right team and not only installed it he mini split but located where the draft was and fixed it up for me. The mini split location he also fixed to look great and flow with the wooden look of the den.

It's taken me months to post this review. The value for the work Mike puts in for the money you'll spend is well worth it and worth it for me finally posting a long deserved 5 star rating.

I wish every service company operated like Napolitano Heating and Air Conditioning.  I have a 7 year old Navien tankless water heater that was beginning to worry me.  Some of the parts on the manifold became corroded and I got nervous traveling on vacation with the concern I'd come home to a flooded basement. 

Navien stopped manufacturing the manifold. How a 7 year old part can be considered obsolete, doesn't speak well of Navien, but that's another issue. I was told by a prior Navien certified plumber that I should replace the unit for 10k or he could try to custom build the manifold, however the plumber didn't exude the confidence that Mike did and his quote was also a lot higher than Napolitano's.  Once hired, Mike was a man on a mission.  He not only rebuilt the manifold, he made it look easy (trust me it was not) and on top of this, he was meticulous, kind and patient.  Prior to leaving he noticed a problem on my baseboard bleeders and replaced them for a nominal fee.

My heater is working like a charm, I am very pleased.

I trust Mike implicitly with heating and air conditioning systems, he's done a couple of repairs on my aging system always for a fair price.

The owner Mike Napolitano came to our house to look at the job and install/ replace parts in which I purchased for the job.
This was a normal everyday maintenance on boiler and hit water heater.
He said he charges $150 per hour and would be here until about 4:00-5:00 PM.
he arrived with his worker Dan at 1:17 PM by the time he looked at the job then starting bringing in his equipment it was close to 2:00 PM.. Mike called me downstairs to show me a copper pipe that had corrison on it but certainly NOT a big deal.
(NO WATER anywhere but on pipe)
He left for over 1 hour with his worker (pretty much nothing done at this point)
They move very slowly perhaps to jack up their price. When they came back upstairs he said the charge was $1,000.00
The job should NOT have taken that long to replace parts pretty straight forward work especially for a plumber with 20+ years of experience. He and Dan are nice guys but that job was DEFINITELY NOT THE OUTRAGEOUS CHARGE.
We cannot allow contractors of any kind to continue to allow them to get away with ripping off people.
I hope he rethinks that outrageous charge and does the right thing otherwise we will seek legal help to recoup our money.

Of course I attempted to install a Smart Thermostat on a Saturday night with the outside temperate about 38 degrees.

We called Napolitano Heating and Air Conditioning about 7:30pm Saturday night, and within 35-45 minutes they were in my house.
They fixed our blown furnace fuse, corrected some wiring etc....
They were extremely honest and fair.

We are so happy we found them a few years ago when our air conditioning unit went.

They are the best !!!!

Mike did a great job diagnosing and fixing our A/C problems. He is a credit to the company with his patient, easygoing manner. We would give the highest recommendation to anyone needing their service.
