In 2013, I started Naples Plumbing LLC, while I operated a plumbing business in the north, Steel City Plumbing and Heating, since 1982.
As a Licensed Master Plumber since 1982, I offer four decades of expertise in the plumbing trade. My background includes various types of new construction and remodeling projects, including home, commercial, factory, and government work. Before relocating to Naples, I operated an Authorized Registered Kohler Showroom up north, focusing on kitchen and bathroom overhauls. Here in Naples, I work alongside a General Contractor to manage the remodeling aspect, while I manage the plumbing.

G S.I called Naples Plumbing to work on a tankless heating system. Good news was that a plumber showed up that same day. Bad news was that he knew nothing about the unit I had, wasted two plus hours of my time, called the help desk and tightened two wires for a $300 charge. Two days later the same problem returned. When I called and asked about their """"guarantee """" that same plumber told me to call the help desk myself. I will never use this company again. Another company was contacted, looked at the problem and solved the problem in five minutes by disconnecting the two wires that Naples Plumbing charged me $300 to tighten. I have had hot water ever since.
