In 2013, I started Naples Plumbing LLC, but I had been running a plumbing business up north since 1982.
I have held a Master Plumber license since 1982, I bring four decades of expertise in the plumbing trade. My background includes various types of new construction and remodeling projects, spanning home, business, factory, and public sector work. I previously managed a Kohler Showroom in the north before coming to Naples, focusing on kitchen and bathroom overhauls. In our Naples location, I work alongside a General Contractor to manage the remodeling aspect, while I take care of the plumbing.

Ellen D.I called Naples Plumbing to work on a tankless heating system. Good news was that a plumber showed up that same day. Bad news was that he knew nothing about the unit I had, wasted two plus hours of my time, called the help desk and tightened two wires for a $300 charge. Two days later the same problem returned. When I called and asked about their """"guarantee """" that same plumber told me to call the help desk myself. I will never use this company again. Another company was contacted, looked at the problem and solved the problem in five minutes by disconnecting the two wires that Naples Plumbing charged me $300 to tighten. I have had hot water ever since.
