I founded Naples Plumbing LLC in 2013, but I operated a plumbing business in the north, Steel City Plumbing and Heating, since 1982.
As a Licensed Master Plumber since 1982, I offer over 40 years of experience in the plumbing trade. I have worked on various types of new construction and remodeling projects, including residential, business, manufacturing, and public sector work. Before relocating to Naples, I operated an Authorized Registered Kohler Showroom up north, where I specialized in complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling. In our Naples location, I partner with a General Contractor to manage the remodeling aspect, while I handle the plumbing.

G S.I called Naples Plumbing to work on a tankless heating system. Good news was that a plumber showed up that same day. Bad news was that he knew nothing about the unit I had, wasted two plus hours of my time, called the help desk and tightened two wires for a $300 charge. Two days later the same problem returned. When I called and asked about their """"guarantee """" that same plumber told me to call the help desk myself. I will never use this company again. Another company was contacted, looked at the problem and solved the problem in five minutes by disconnecting the two wires that Naples Plumbing charged me $300 to tighten. I have had hot water ever since.
