Let me start by saying that I normally dont take the time to do this, however I feel I should share my experience. A pipe had burst in my sisters house recently. In a panic, she called me for help. We found Napa Valley Precision Plumbing online. They seemed very professional over the phone. But that is where it ended.
So, the plumber showed up hours late with no acknowledgement that they were late. The man seemed aggitated, spoke very fast and was rude to me when I questioned him about my options. He was sweating profusively and he kept forgetting where he left his tools, running back and forth. He appeared to be under the influence of something. Then all of a sudden, without a word, he disappeared for hours. Then reappeared out of nowhere without warning. This company is highly disorganized. I felt uncomfortable with this man in my house acting so erratic. And in the end, I felt overcharged and unimpressed. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
