I hired Han D Man to complete various tasks around the house: replace all my sink cartridges, cut some sheet excess sheet metal, address my troublesome front door, swap out some smart switches, address a sliding drawer that had its rail drop out. Damien was great about communicating his schedule and a good time to schedule an appointment. He arrived on time and completed all the work. I'll be happy to hire him again for some further items I need around the house.

Needed to have an interior door installed (after a failed DIY attempt). Damien was one of the first to respond to my Yelp request. He first gave me a general estimate, but when I provided some pictures and additional information, he gave me a more precise estimate. Based on competing quotes I received, the cost was reasonable.

Since I was arranging the work long-distance, I had to coordinate among myself, Damien, and a relative. This wasn't a problem.

Damien said he could come by at noon and he, along with a colleague, showed up exactly on time. He completed the work as promised at the price he quoted. He even did a little extra beyond reinstalling the door itself with no additional charge. He stayed to make sure some wood putty he used dried properly.

All-in-all, a very good experience. I would hire Damien again.

Needed a leaking kitchen faucet replaced and the first company I was going to have come out and fix it called me at the beginning of the appointment window to cancel and put off until tomorrow due to weather and scheduling. Not mad at them but I really wanted it fixed today, so I reached out Damien through the app and he was here about an hour later. He worked hard in a cramped under the sink area and got my new faucet installed. Very prompt and responsive and professional. Also ended up having a better price than the other company.

The recent rains caused a leak in our master bedroom from the window sill AND the floor. Damien was communicative, on time and QUICK to diagnose the problems, and not only did he fix everything super quick, but he also recommended all the next steps to make sure it never happens again. He also looked around the property and let us know about a few other things that needed to get taken care of related to the problem. We will definitely be using him again!

Damien really helped me out in a pinch. I work with homeless sites, one that had a travel trailer that had a kitchen sink that would not stop leaking and flooded the trailer. This was the day before Xmas. He came through with an emergency appointment and fix, a little Xmas miracle. Most important to me was he treated our client with respect, like the human they are.

Damien is knowledgable, professional, and an excellent communicator. His rates are reasonable. He promptly and accurately diagnosed the problems. He fixed a leaking toilet (the wax ring needed replacing) and a leak under a sink. He left each area clean when he was done. He also came up with a smart, low-cost fix for a shower head that had been originally installed too low on the wall. It had been uncomfortable for a taller person like myself to shower. Damien found an easy and affordable solution, rather than cutting into the wall. It's a huge improvement. I would definitely call him again.

Great plumber!
Wealth of experience at a great value for the area. They were able to clear a clog that had stumped two prior plumbers. They were able to identify and clear blockage, and identify where roots were encroaching. Was also generous with tips for us to keep they system flowing until we get around to fixing the compromised line.
Communication could be better so rating 4 stars.
