I have been doing my water testing with them for I believe about 10 years and they truly are amazing. I never have to remember when it's time to do my testing , I come home and there is a bill in my mailbox because they have come out already. They don't slack either after testing , they send all the info to the city right away. They are a family owned business so their prices are affordable too. Check them out you won't be sorry. The owners are pretty awesome also.

I found them on Google and set up the test I needed for the following week. Amber in the office was super helpful, she answered all of my questions. Called for simple backflow test in May. Was told Randy would be out later in the week. A week went by and noticed I hadn't received a bill. I called back and spoke to a woman who apologized and said Randy would be out first thing in the morning. She had even stated that she would call the water division to let them know they made a mistake and told me they wouldn't charge me. Still, I hadn't seen any proof they did the test after several weeks. So I called a 4th time and left a message asking if they performed the test. I never received a call back. To seal the deal, I got the letter from the city notifying me the test was never completed or submitted.
I notified the City of Napa that Napa Valley Backflow Testing & Repairs should be removed from the list provided to their customers. Luckily there are other more responsive backflow agents in town.
I mean, who would risk a horrible Yelp review over a $25 backflow test?
Either do it or don't advertise that you can do the work.
