Great Customer Service! Called Nancy on Saturday and had tech there within a few hours. Marlon came in and checked (water leak) gave recommendation and gave us a referral. Marlon explained the problem and answered our questions. I highly recommend them. Nancy the owner was great too, heard me out and was responsive to my request for service. Thank you! We first called Nancy's plumbing when my wife backed her car into the main line of the house, which is located in the driveway next to the garage door. This happened late evening and Marlon came out and stopped the leak because we couldn't turn it off. He came back the next day and completed the repairs, placed a new shut off valve fused all the links and placed new pipes soldering all properly. He also installed a new regulator and adjusted the water pressure to the house because it was too high.This issue happened in 2013 and we have not had an issue with the main at all since. We are still very happy with that repair.

Recently, in August 2018, we had our upstairs shower leak down to our living room ceiling, a slow leak but a headache. I called Nancy's plumbing, Marlo found the problem and showed it to me. A craked drainage pipe rubber seal that had not been installed properly when the house was built.

Marlo even showed me how to replace it but I told him he is the expert and although I'm handy at home, I would much rather he take care of it! I'm glad he did because he couldn't put the new seal in correctly because the contractors had cut the drainage pipe too short, not Marlo's fault.

He said he would have to cut open the living room ceiling to get the job done right by replacing the short pipe with a longer drainage pipe to the shower's p-trap. He also installed a new gutter housing and a strainer. He fixed the problem and made it even better than it should have been made to last for years to come. He tested the repair for leaks which he found none and fixed the problem.

What took the longest was him patching the ceiling back up and texturing it! But I told him I'm handy enough to patch it, texture it, and paint it but he offered to complete the patching and texturing! Marlo and his crew cleaned up after the repairs and used disposable booties to walk into my home to avoid getting the carpet dirty. Above and beyond the scope of the repair!

If you are looking for a plumber to do it right the first time! Give Nancy's Plumbing a call before you call anyone else. The repair costs are reasonable. However, keep in mind that if you want a cheap repair, you will get it done with cheap parts or inexperienced plumbers. You will eventually have to call someone else again! My advice is get it done right the first time, call Nancy's Plumbing!

I had a slow faucet leak in my bathroom, caused because a fixture had gotten loose. I tried tor repair it myself, but I clearly didn't know what I was doing. My technician (Marlon) repaired it for me quickly, showed me how to repair it myself in the future, and didn't charge since the repair was so minor.

I would recommend them to anyone, and they'll be my first call for future plumbing needs.

Our water heater stopped all of a sudden. It was a Sunday when I called and a holiday weekend. I figured we were gonna be out a ton of money. They showed up quickly and assessed the situation. Didn't charge us since there was nothing wrong with it. We didn't need a new water heater or have it repaired and they were honest about it. Much respect for that alone! If we have another problem with our water heater I won't hesitate calling them and having them either repairing it or having them install a new one.

We have a slow draining kitchen sink, which we have struggled with for some time. We finally got fed up with having to continuously fix it that we finally bit the bullet and called for a plumber to come and take look to see what the problem was. I contacted them last night (around 10pm) and received a quick response from Nancy. She was able to schedule us the next day and worked around our work schedules. They called 20 minutes before arriving as she had mentioned and was here as promised, between the hours she had said. He was amazing from the start. He was honest and checked everything for us and even found our clean out that was hidden because the builder covered it with stucco. Amazing is not even the correct word
Because he was able to give us advice on what we could do ourselves since the problem didn't require much. He didn't charge us a penny!!! Of course we tipped him but any other person could have lied to us about what needed to be done and charged us hundreds of dollars. Nancys Plumbing is so honest and do not take advantage of their customers. Having plumbing issues is already stressful enough and they take that all away as soon as they arrive. Highly Highly recommend them and will save them on my contacts list FOREVER!

We noticed a bathroom leak and scheduled Nancy's for a Saturday between 1-3pm. I called at 2pm to confirm and was told the plumber was in route. Called again after 3pm for an update and was told I didn't have an appointment. Turns out two plumbers went to the another location, which doesn't make sense. The plumber ended up showing up 2 hours later and without the proper equipment to locate our leak as it was in the ""other"" truck. Complete waste of our Saturday!

Our water heater broke a few weeks ago, and needed to be fully replaced ASAP. I did some calling around and ended up with Nancy's plumbing. They replaced my 50g short unit for a flat rate of $1495.00. Another plumbing company gave me a similar estimate, but then said it would be $400 more because the ""short"" unit is hard to come by. Not their fault, but Nancy's stood by their original estimate. The guys that came out were very polite and nice and did a quick job. I'll call them again next time we need a plumber.

We had to have our gas line to the dryer adjusted in our new home for it to fit in the space. Nancy had someone out the same day and they were able to complete it in 30min! The price was reasonable and the dryer works perfectly now! Thank You for doing such a Great job!

I had an emergency arise as a result of some home repair work that left me without water. I needed someone to come out right away to coordinate with the other team here doing work. I called Nancy's Plumbing and I just couldn't be happier.

Nancy was very kind and supportive and prioritized my issue. As it was an emergency, she put me right at the top of their schedule. Marlon was at my house within 30 minutes.

I had no choice but to request emergency service. Besides not having water, the other team was waiting to leave until they could coordinate with Nancy's team. I was worried that I would be hit with a higher cost because it was an emergency call. This was not the case. Marlon fixed the problem and the cost was more than fair.

Needing any repairs is always a bit traumatizing and calling on people you haven't worked with before is scary. Can you trust them to do good work and have fair prices? The answer here is an emphatic yes. I am so happy to have found Nancy's Plumbing and will always hire them in the future. It's great to have peace of mind. Thank you, Nancy and team!
