I live in a condo unit on the second floor. Unfortunately there was a sudden leak from my toilet pipe and created a water damage on my neighbor's ceiling.

Marlon and his crew were very professional and fixed all the problems. They did a great job on the ceiling and they also did a fine job on the plumbing issue. They weren't rushing to finish the work-order and handled the job with care .

I highly recommend them if you're looking for an excellent quality of work. They are true professionals and knowledgeable on their work field.

Recent Delta Fair Antioch, sewer unplugged. After a $325.00 charge It plugged up right away. I was told it needed another clean out cost $1,550.00! He obviously didn't see the other section of the ""Y"" that went toward the building. I used an old Harbor Freight sewer snake and did the job he was paid for with-in minutes I pulled out a large plug of sewage.

My husband and I recently bought a new home and we needed some plumbing work and excavation done... we searched around our new town for a plumbing company and we were having a lot of difficulty finding 1) a responsive plumbing business and 2) an affordable quote for the work we needed done. Other plumbing businesses that we received quotes from were excessive in pricing for the work we were requesting and we weren't confident in the quality of workmanship we had seen from a few of them... NANCY's PLUMBING - however - was so impressive!

Firstly, the plumbing team showed up ON TIME AND IN THE RAIN - they were so incredibly professional, CLEAN, thorough and very pleasant to work with I really can't believe they were even at our home because there is absolutely no trace of them except for the completed works - I'm almost speechless which rarely happens! I tend to be fairly and truthfully hard in my reviews because I am particular and these days it is really difficult to find quality professional work/workers and workmanship! I want people to read my review and understand that I am a good voice for anyone who likes attention to detail, professionalism and anyone who still holds a high value for good workmanship/customer service and fair pricing... so when I give 5 stars for a business - rest assure - I feel they truly deserve it!

For the excavation (as I mentioned prior - this is a newly constructed home we bought) all of the landscaping is new/fresh and full of various small beautiful plants... when I came out during the first phase of their excavation - they had dug up and through the front yard... when I came back out for the final phase, I swear to you... they replanted and repotted ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING that had been moved for the work, they cleaned up every out of place heap of mulch.. I think our front yard looked better AFTER they did their work! No joke!

My husband is in the construction trades and though he understands more along the line of just how high the quality of their work was underneath the exterior surface - I am extremely particular and nit-picky on how things look on the exterior along with the functionality so between us we give 5 stars plus! Can't thank them enough for even working through when the rain started! They exceeded expectations all around!

Great service-- the clog was more serious than it was in the past (the pipe was old and corroded to the point of no return), but Marlon and his crew stayed with it and replaced part of the drain line the same day.

I highly recommend Nancy's Plumbing.

Nancy's Plumbing was able to come out the same day I called to fix a slow leak from the utility sink in our garage. She said she would call 20 minutes before they arrived and she did! Very courteous and efficient plumbers, Marlon and Manuel. And the work is guaranteed for a year.

Working with Nancy's Plumbing was a great experience. We had used a local plumber before but discovered the work they did just wasn't up to par. So when we developed a leak under our sink and in our bathroom we called Nancy's Plumbing based on their past reviews and were definitely glad we did. Christian and Mario were on time, friendly, and did an outstanding job. Nancy kept us informed of all aspects of the job and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It's nice to know that there's a local plumber who does an outstanding job and is someone you can trust!

I had two leaks in the master bathroom and one of the faucet handles was stripped and would not turn off. I called Nancy's plumbing because I like to support small business owners and I liked that it was a female who operates/owns a plumbing business. They were prompt, and finished the job well within the window of time. Last night, the faucet handle worked but now there was water running. It was 10 pm and I sent Nancy a text not expecting to get a reply until the next morning. Nancy responded right away and we scheduled a return visit for this coming Tuesday. After we set up the return visit, I actually felt bad because it was so late but with Nancy's prompt and immediate response and swift offer to return to my home, I was extremely happy. If I ever have any future plumbing problems, I have Nancy's Plumbing on speed dial. Thanks again, Nancy.

Great Customer Service! Called Nancy on Saturday and had tech there within a few hours. Marlon came in and checked (water leak) gave recommendation and gave us a referral. We first called Nancy's plumbing when my wife backed her car into the main line of the house, which is located in the driveway next to the garage door. This happened late evening and Marlon came out and stopped the leak because we couldn't turn it off. He came back the next day and completed the repairs, placed a new shut off valve fused all the links and placed new pipes soldering all properly. He also installed a new regulator and adjusted the water pressure to the house because it was too high.This issue happened in 2013 and we have not had an issue with the main at all since. We are still very happy with that repair.

Recently, in August 2018, we had our upstairs shower leak down to our living room ceiling, a slow leak but a headache. I called Nancy's plumbing, Marlo found the problem and showed it to me. A craked drainage pipe rubber seal that had not been installed properly when the house was built.

Marlo even showed me how to replace it but I told him he is the expert and although I'm handy at home, I would much rather he take care of it! I'm glad he did because he couldn't put the new seal in correctly because the contractors had cut the drainage pipe too short, not Marlo's fault.

He said he would have to cut open the living room ceiling to get the job done right by replacing the short pipe with a longer drainage pipe to the shower's p-trap. He also installed a new gutter housing and a strainer. He fixed the problem and made it even better than it should have been made to last for years to come. He tested the repair for leaks which he found none and fixed the problem.

What took the longest was him patching the ceiling back up and texturing it! But I told him I'm handy enough to patch it, texture it, and paint it but he offered to complete the patching and texturing! Marlo and his crew cleaned up after the repairs and used disposable booties to walk into my home to avoid getting the carpet dirty. Above and beyond the scope of the repair!

If you are looking for a plumber to do it right the first time! Give Nancy's Plumbing a call before you call anyone else. The repair costs are reasonable. However, keep in mind that if you want a cheap repair, you will get it done with cheap parts or inexperienced plumbers. You will eventually have to call someone else again! My advice is get it done right the first time, call Nancy's Plumbing!
