Our dishwasher wouldn't stop pouring out water into the dishwasher. Our valve under the sink was corroded and so we had to turn off the main and were without water on a Saturday! Nancy's plumbing was able to get us in same day and even got here 1.5 hour early! The technician was so polite and helpful. Very thankful and great service!

It's the second time we called upon the service of Nancy's Plumbing, and both times we received an outstanding and affordable service. I love their honesty and work ethics. Chris showed up to replace the faucet sink, turned out there is a small clog in the faucet, he cleaned it and didn't even charge us since the entire process took less than a minute. Thank you Nancy and Chris for your honesty and integrity. We shall never call any other plumbing service. You deserve more than 5 stars for sure.

I came home last eve to find my garage starting to flood from a leaking water heater. I turned off the water supply, but even then I had to collect water into buckets for awhile. I texted Nancy's Plumbing thinking they'd call me in the morning. They texted me back that night! Chris came at 7am and gave me a fair, reasonable estimate, as I needed a new water heater. He was very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable and was able to verify that my heater was still on warranty, which surprised me. I just paid for instillation. I would not hesitate to call this awesome company in the future for any plumbing issues. So glad I found them!

Quick to respond. We gave three stars instead of 2 due to response time. However, $1100 hot water heater tank plus $1700 flat rate labor charge regardless of how many hours it actually took to replace. We found this extremely expensive for an estimated 2 hour onsite repair time. Total bill $2800. They gave us a $100 credit for the earthquake straps. He did confirm the price prior to work but this is a rental and we were on vacation.

Yo these guys are great! I contacted Nancy's Plumbing through google messaging and received a text within minutes. I had an appointment scheduled next day to be diagnosed. My bathtub copper pipe came out of the wall when I was trying to replace it myself which is very simple to do. Unfortunately for me who ever installed the pipe before I bought the house definitely didn't do a good job with that. I was stressed the only way to do this job was to open my hallway walls to the pipes. Marlon came in and examined the situation and didn't guarantee that he could fix it without ripping walls. To my amazement he was able to replace the copper pipes with no problem and without opening walls. He is a true professional. He also told me about my shower handle cartridge part had a crack and needed to be replaced. I really appreciate him telling me because if he didn't I'd still have that leak. The price I was charged seems high at $950 but the quality of work and professionalism is top notch.

5-star service once again from Nancy's Plumbing.

As with past experiences with Nancy's Plumbing the response to our request (this time to troubleshoot a water pressure concern) was quick and an appointment was made for the next day.

Shortly after Chris arrived, he determined the water pressure to the house was good and the likely culprit was a very old water softener, that although not used for many, many years, was still hooked-up.

Fantastic response, great troubleshooting work, and issue resolved.

We certainly will not hesitate to call upon Nancy's Plumbing again.

it's been a 3rd time in 2 months that I've use Nancy Plumbing . First time for my personal residence and then for my rentals. Always on time as scheduled and done the job well without any headache. Not sure if their rates are cheap, but I like the fact that they are responsive, professionals and reliable.
