We were told by another plumber that there was a slab leak under the kitchen floor. The plumber did not have a camera and could not verify where the leak was located in the pipe. I found Nancy's Plumbing after calling several plumbers looking for one with a camera or with the equipment to do an isolation test.

I was fortunate to find Nancy's who had all the equipment. Marlon came out and met with my wife. He reviewed everything the previous plumber said and ran a camera through the pipes. He allowed my wife to view the monitor and he explained everything he was looking at. He did not find any cracks or clogs. However, there was a joint under the kitchen floor that could have been the source of the problem. He gave us a quote to break the slab and do the repair.

The day of the appointment Marlon and his team arrived. This time I was fortunate enough to meet him. Marlon and his crew were very professional and polite. Even when he met with my wife she felt comfortable, which is important to me. The crew wore shoe covers and were very careful working in the kitchen which was just remodeled a few weeks prior. Marlon said he wanted to be 100% sure that the leak was below the slab before breaking the concrete. He wanted to minimize the the cost and any damage that would have to be repaired. As it turned out his diligence paid off. The water we were seeing was trapped under the new floor from the dishwasher leaking. Although he had to remove a portion of the flooring to verify the source of the water, that is preferable than breaking the slab.

Marlon is an honest plumber. I had already agreed to pay thousands for him to break the slab and dig down to the pipe. He could have easily done so and I would have been none the wiser. I can't thank him enough for being honest, thorough and working with integrity. In addition to that after reviewing the invoice Nancy refunded our over payment.

Also, Nancy who took all my calls was awesome. She was very flexible with scheduling and polite every time I called. She responded to every question I asked and returned my calls without me having to follow up.

We hired them to come out for an estimate and were told it would be nearly $3,000 for the work if not more, that they'd have to get the city involved, and that it could take a week or so. We hired another plumbing company who came out and did an estimate for $500, was able to do it that day(in an hour no less), with one employee, and it ended up only costing $350. Pretty big discrepancy if you ask me. Turns out it was a basic clog in our drain line, we were told by Nancy's Plumbing that our entire plumbing system was destroyed and ABSOLUTELY needed replaced before anything could be done. The other company ran a camera snake, found the clog, cleared the clog, and then repaired the single pipe that had broken. Always get a second opinion I guess.

I very much recommend this company... they got back to me with an appointment for the next morning...were here right on time... gave me a reasonable estimate for my leaky spigot where another company was going to charge approximately $200 more for the same job. On top of it we can a 1 year warranty for the job if anything goes wrong, they will come back to fix it.

This morning a tech from Nancy's Plumbing came to diagnose the source of some water that we've been hearing for awhile. He checked the toilets and the faucets but never once listened to the walls. His diagnosis? Have your old pipes replaced! Must me under the slab. Best estimate? $9500!!!! Called Service Pros and Josh found the source, a leaky faucet! $350

I was really caught in a bind, didn't know where to go for assistance but saw the review and decided to try them out.

The online response was quicker then I expected...they were quick, friendly and was able to get an appointment the next day.

They showed up right on time, evaluated what was wrong and gave me 2 choices for the solution. I went obviously with the cheaper of the two but unfortunately it didn't work so we had to go with the second option. They were there for about 3 hours, did great work, friendly and cleaned up everything...totally spotless!

I highly recommend Nancy's Plumbing, will definitely use them in the future...hope I don't have to but in case I need, they've got my business.
