Highly recommended! Knowledgeable, personable and is genuinely concerned with helping to fix your problem. I had him out to my house to assess my aging septic system. There were plenty of diagnostic tests he could have charged me for but he cut straight to the chase instead and told me honestly what the problem was and the possible solutions. A true, honest businessman/contractor which is seemingly getting more rare in these parts. You may have to wait a while for your appointment to come up, But Brandon is well worth the wait.

Totally wonderful! Gina listened to our plight, we are here at a Plein Air Painting event. We wasted an entire day waiting for another plumbing company, first called at 8:30AM. So she squeezed us in at the end of the day. Brandon fixed the flapper on one toilet and suggested testing the other toilet, he fixed that one too, had an extra toilet seat on hand in his truck ( filled with repair stuff), so smart! We will stop calling that other company and call Nailor's for any plumbing repair, they can do it all!!! Thank you Brandon and Gina!!!

Brandon has saved me twice! First time was at my job right at closing time 5pm but we were getting ready for a work party and we had a lot of people there and the toilet got clogged! He was recommended by someone I called that could not help us. Brandon came even though it was late (it is the Hospice Thrift Store so we are a worthy cause). He got it all unclogged and cleaned up in about thirty minutes! He was the nicest person ever!! So when my Moms hot water heater went out I called him and he fixed us up with a new hot water heater. When he was checking out the old one he discovered that the person that had installed it switched the wires so it had to work twice as hard to heat! The new one he installed works so much better than the other one ever did as he installed it correctly! Yea for Brandon, super nice, honest and fast! Thank You!!
