I coresponded with the owner about my project (simple handrail installation just like he did for one of the other reviewers). He answered a few questions and then simply stopped responding after 2 emails (without any explanation, such as ""I'm too busy right now"" or ""I can't do your project for the following reason"", etc.). Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time!

On a Sunday night at 7pm, my mom had water gushing in her window well in her basement due to heavy rains and a flooded yard. We were in panic mode trying to figure out how to stop the water - Michael at Nailed It was recommended for me by a friend and I texted him right away. He was at my moms house within 10 minutes and figured out how to stop the flow of gushing water, in the pouring rain. He was professional and knowledgeable and even had a water pump in his bag of tricks. I would recommend him very highly and am so grateful for helping us out in a dire situation. Michael is fantastic! He showed up on time, worked efficiently, performed excellent work, and went above and beyond to even help check and correct some additional items we had not previously discussed. Best of all, he guarantees all his work.
We recently had moved into our home, and had a laundry list of items to correct, including several electrical and plumbing items. Instead of having to hire an electrician or plumber separately, Michael was able to handle it all in one visit - at a very reasonable price.
