I hired this company to install new kitchen cabinets, which were identical in size and placement as the old cabinets. The project took two days.

Day one, was pretty good, two guys started the job, but were not able to complete in one day. One of the ""day one guys"" informed me that he doesn't normally work my area, and would not be returning to complete the job. Because it was obvious that he was the most knowledgeable regarding cabinet installation, i callec NIHS to inform them that I was willing to wait until he was available, unless they had someone as knowledgeable. I was informed that they would send someone with matched skills.

When they day arrived to complete the job, they sent one of the original guys, who had already admitted that he wasn't very experienced in cabinet installs, and more or less, followed the lead of the experienced guy. The second guy looked like a high school student, so I thought, ok, you cant judge a book by it's cover. However, when the first challenge arose, he had no clue as how to deal with it. He literally just stood there and scratched his head. He really didn't have a clue!! Well the inexperienced cabinet guy had to take charge, and I will let the pictures speak for the work.

I'd avoid this company. I waited a year to post this review to give Mike every attempt to make whole. He came in, I liked some of his ideas. The better part of me thinks he was spread to thin, but unanswered emails for over 6 months, things didn't seem to add up. To his credit, while he did start stripping paint tiles, removed the bathroom vanity, and ripping out drywall, he simply disappeared.

I had to pay 800-got-junk nearly nearly $1k to remove all the debris that was left; this was never reimbursed, even though I paid him a separate fee of $600, just for junk removal, on top of a $1,700 down-payment..

That's $3,000+ out with no reimbursement, nebulous to now no responses, with nothing to show for it but a wrecked apartment.

During the time I was out of town, my security cameras and router were unplugged. I had on-site air/etc testing done, out of my own pocket on top of the above figures, to ensure air quality was safe and passed. Communication remains non-existent. Fairly, I'll update if things change, but remain dubious given the above.

Mike installed a Tesla Wall Charger and NEMA outlet at the same time. Very professional and easy to talked to regarding your request. I've been using it for the past 10 months and no issue with it. It is working perfectly. I contacted him to request a copy of invoice for tax purposes after 10 months and he responded quickly providing me with invoice and answersed all my questions.

There were several conversations prior to service where it was discussed and our expectations, which all were responded ""we're flexible, won't charge you for anything not within agreement"". The handyman showed up HOURS late, went out for several hours, did 2 hours of work. When I discussed with the office, they said that's what we agreed to, which was not. They then charged my card unauthorized for fraudulent charges that weren't mine.

Work done will take hundreds of dollars to undo from the damage that they did.

Don't waste your time. They make false commitments, are never on time, and personal issues constantly get in the way of being professional and getting anything done. Michael seemed like a nice person and the price is great so I tried to make this work but I just ended up wasting my time.

Showed up for our appointment on time for our appointment. I drove 1 1/2 to meet him. We spent a lot of time going over my project and he indicated he would have an estimate in a few days. It is now almost two weeks - not even a courtesy call or email as to reason......... I can understand if you get busy or do not want the job, but there is something called ""common courtesy""...................

I can't say nothing but great things about Michael and Nailed It Handyman Services. They came in right on time and shown the utmost professionalism. I'm so happy with the service they provided and the price is reasonable and fair. You need to use Nalied It Handyman Services for all your plumbing and handyman needs. Also they came to fix my plumbing issue on a Sunday. I'm a very very satisfied customer!

I love my husband but he works so hard and is always so tired so he procrastinates and puts things off to the last minute. he likes to think he can fix anything and sometimes he can but he is just to tired. We had a fire inspector coming to house for the 2nd time as he failed us 2 weeks prior for no coverage in ceiling light in kitchen, and 2 ceiling lights no coverage in basement.. i called mike7 pm on friday cause the inspector is coming on monday, he came sat afternoon then went to home depot to get what he needed. He showed up on time as we discussed did job quickly and neatly and reasonably priced. i have so much more stuff that needs work and slowly i will get to that but i will use mike for all of it. i now have my new handyman. i am theilled and so is hubby cause he didn't have to do anything
