Bid received for multiple tasks, toilet replacement, sink drain repair and plumbing under sink replacement, faucet replacement. Edward was 2 hours late, strange helper man also came who did nothing. Didnt have supplies, didnt have correct tools for the job. After 4 days of having to come back due to water leaking from every pipe he touched, we asked for a refund. Edward gave us 10% back. Pipes still leak. Job was sloppy, quality of work was embarassingly bad, no care was taken to protect carpet or surrounding area. Had to request the itemized bid for work performed... to name a few. Bad! The positive, if i had to give one, the man is polite, hes just a terrible plumber. 1/10
