My hot water heater was leaking so I called Nagy Plumbing around 4pm yesterday 2 plumbers were at my house within 30 min they started working on it till 6 .then this morning they were here on time and were very professional and put in a new heater I was very pleased with the work plumbers Shelby & Kate are spot on

JC is Hands down the best plumber / contractor you could ask for as a homeowner on a strict budget. Answered any and all questions and provided me with real answers. Replaced my water heater with no hiccups, prompt to service calls, and will be going to Nagy plumbing next month for a kitchen renovation

They charged me $145 to push a reset button. Then, he tried to convince my tenant that we needed to by a new water heater. Look, for those to don't know, water heaters are a very simple device. A tank, a heating element, a thermostat and some wires. That's about it. If the tank isn't leaking, it can be fixed provided that it isn't like 20 years old with lots of sediment built up in the tank. Pretty simple stuff. I have fixed many myself, but didn't have time this time. So, I called Nagy.

When I asked why it cost so much to push a reset button, he told me it was because he had to drive all the way from Belton to Killeen. This Killeen address was on the Belton city limit boarder with Killeen. This is a complete ripoff and I will never use them again. What a mistake!

I wanted to switch out my electric stove for a gas one before Thanksgiving. Nagy plumbing was able to make it happen the day before Thanksgiving, working late into the day.

When I called a week later because I suspected a small leak they promptly fixed the problem.

Excellent work that I would recommend to anyone in the area.

I have used Nagy Plumbing a few years back and decided to hire them again to snake a bathtub drain and to price a kitchen sink replacement. This for a property my son owns in Morgan's Point that he leases to a tenant. I asked that they just call the tenant to find an agreeable time he would be home and that I could also attend.

Their plumber set up the date and time, but never called either myself or the tenant. They purposely ignored my calls and when the tenant called, they hung up on him. With caller ID, they decide whose calls they will answer.

This is not the way Steve Nagy used to conduct business. How they treated not only myself, but my tenant, is extremely unprofessional.

My advice, steer clear and find a reputable plumber.

Nagy plumbing is the BEST! One time I had an emergency and ended up calling someone else when he missed the call (due to being on a job). It did not end well and he was out the next morning as soon as I called him to fix the situation. We had a leak today behind our washer due to old fixtures (circa 1979) and he and his team installed 3/4 turn valves quickly and for a very fair price. I have been able to trust him for all of my plumbing needs- from toilet issues to shower issues he has been prompt, courteous, and fair. I will not call anyone but Nagy and suggest that you make him your first call for all of your plumbing needs!

Reached out for an estimate to rerun all new waste lines under our house after my bathroom started to overflow. It's been three weeks since they came out to look at it and still no quote. Have reached out multiple times only to get the run around. Have been promised twice now that someone would call back with the quote and have yet to hear anything. Extremely disappointed! To be led on for 3 weeks without being led able to use said bathroom, it's made me wonder if this is a job beyond their capabilities. A simple referral could have solved that issue.

I called them to fix a problem with hot water in shower as well as redo connection on kitchen sink. 2 folks came out and the lady redid the kitchen sink drain with no problems. The gentleman analyzed my shower hot water problem and said I needed new parts for my valve which he ordered and replaced the next day. It did not fix the problem. He insisted I pay the 750.00 for the job which I ask to speak to the owner. He call Mr. Nagy and I spoke to him. Mr. Nagy said he would come and look at it himself. I gave them the 750.00 on the assurance that Mr. Nagy would come and figure out what the problem was. First scheduled appointment was canceled by me due to Morgan's Point turning off water for repairs down from my house.
I called 4 times trying to reschedule and he never returned my calls. So I paid 750 and still can't use my shower. So disappointed. He sounded so sincere when I spoke to him and he promised he would show up to repair.
So no matter how well meaning he may have been, I was ripped off.

I have used Nagy Plumbing three times and three times I received excellent service. 1) Kitchen sink install - JC and Katie of Nagy Plumbing went with the flow when we had to reschedule as the cut-out had to be enlarged for the new sink due to a double flange on the underside of the sink. 2) Reseated a toilet that had been removed and reinstalled by a contractor who had accidentally broken the flange during a tile install. 3) New hot water heater install, and a reverse osmosis filter install under the K sink. They are always professional, arrive on time, perform quality work, and their fees for services performed are reasonable and within standard for the industry. I trust them and I recommend them.
