Thanks so much to the team over at NaDean's for getting our water to flow again. Our well went out in celebration of my birthday. Unfortunately there is no zero stars rating otherwise I'd give it.
I was stood up by this company twice. They promise to come but no one is going to do the work.
Last time I spent half of my Sunday waiting and when a guy showed up after multiple calls he didn't have any tools to do the job. No one cared to call and apologize.
I'll rather pay twice more than deal with these guy ever again.

Dean is prompt, professional and efficient! He fixed a hot water leak under our house and repaired an old toilet at a reasonable price. So we asked him about a bad toilet at our Mom's house. He recommended a better quality toilet and put it in for her and took the old one away. He explains things well and gives good advice at a reasonable cost.

Our old galvanized steel water pipes were finally giving out, with several leaks that we needed buckets for. So we decided it was time to deal with the issue wholesale. Dean (of NaDean's Custom Plumbing!) was recommended to us by another contractor, and after showing him the situation he came up with a sensible proposal for replacing all the water lines with Pex plastic pipes. In the end, we didn't even go for other bids: his costs seemed reasonable, his manner very professional, and we were confident he'd do a good job. And we couldn't have been more pleased with the result - on budget, on time, and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!
