We had a refrigerator problem that was really bothering me. I've learned the hard way that when it comes to basically anything that is connected to WATER, that you'd better get a real professional, with a real license and solid experience. By now I had learned that Home Depot's Pro-Referral Program is an excellent way to find someone who is vetted, license checked as active, and bonded, and a good, respected person.

I was so pleased to receive a response from Farhad of NACM Construction, a General Contractor who has an impressive array of ""Anything House"". He was very respectful and thoughtful as he listened to what my issue was with our large year-old refrigerator that was giving us trouble due to the bothersome water line to the refrigerator. Additionally, the refrigerator had never been stabilized at delivery, so there were other issues that needed special attention. The new refrigerator had to fit into a completely custom space that only allowed one-fourth inch clearance on each side. It looks great to have the refrigerator built in like that, but it is tricky to get it in and out of the space, and I didn't want anything mishandled because of this tight squeeze. This is not a place for ""A Bull in A China Shop"", as the old expression goes. I needed a careful person.

Farhad was very responsive and very communicative from beginning to end. He arrived with an excellent assistant, both being very respectful, not only to us, but to the custom cabinetry of our high-end kitchen remodel. When it comes to appliance repair that concerns water, I'm particularly appreciative when I see how precise the repair is done in order to check and make sure that everything is installed perfectly and all surfaces are dry, no leaks. He replaced the water supply line crimped and also clogged with some sediment, checked that the pressure of water from the dispenser into the glass was now solid and flowing well, and that the stainless steel hose was positioned correctly, and last but not least, that the wheels were locked in so that there was NO movement when tugging open the heavy refrigerator doors. That is particularly important to me because of the tight fit of this refrigerator to the custom cabinetry.

I am fortunate to have found NACM Construction and Farhad, and will be calling him in the near future to have some ceiling lighting replaced. He gets my Highest Recommendation!
