Horrible service! Naber Plumbing installed the sinks in my new home (1 yr. warranty); the developer and I have both contacted them about a leaky sink. We are going on three months from original contact and they claim to be waiting on a part. I provided requested photos and follow up weekly. Every time I call I get the run around (owner/manger) is constantly out of town. They could have replaced the entire sink by now. Additionally, I have a few other issues in separate bathrooms; however, they don't want to come out multiple times; therefore, I can't get those issues fixed until they find the part for the original leaky sink. If this was not under warrant I would have been moved on. I would not recommend this company!!

Naber plumbing worked with my AC contractor to install a hot water recovery system for my house. After that install, I had intermittent cold water from my hot water heater.  The problem might be coincidental and unrelated, but I called Naber initially just in case.   It took me weeks to even get a call back from them, and then more weeks and phone calls to get them to show up and check on it.  I originally asked them to just replace the whole hot water heater, but they said it was probably the thermostat, and they scheduled to change them out first.  But more weeks have passed, and noone showed up, despite me calling and pestering them.  Now they are telling me it might be a month more.  So I just called my normal plumber, who is able to come out with a day's notice to try to figure out the problem.

Five star al the way. Had a toilet backing up on me and I had the plumber come 10 mins after I called. He got that toilet fixed in 5 mins. Thank you to all employees. Caring people. I will always use you.

Absolutely horrible. They did the work on my house for Holiday builders and in the first six months I had my house flood because of their poor work and my hot water has something in it from the lines. They stated the water is fine. I literally had sediment come out of my water heater and after it was replaced it still looks white like the picture. Never lived anywhere that water looked like this out of the faucet.

Rude from the very first contact. After explaining what I needed was transferred to someone else who was also extremely rude. I need a leaky shower valve replaced and after a lengthy Q&A got told they would not come to my home because it was a duplex. It's in Suntree, one of the nicest areas of Melbourne. Her justification was that they are too busy to service anyone living in a duplex. Times are good now so I guess they get to pick and choose their customers. I have numerous rentals that require occasional service and will be calling on someone who values all customers. To make matters worse I have used them before. Highly recommend using someone other than Naber Plumbing!!! The owner, Bill Naber, would do well to replace his current staff with courteous people oriented service providers.
