I never leave Yelp reviews but I felt it was important to let people with plumbing emergencies know how bad my experience was with Nick.

After reading all the 5 star reviews here and recommendations on Nextdoor, I decided to call Nick to come out to check on my leaking shower. We scheduled a time for him to come out but he never showed up. I called him and left a message that evening asking him if he was still going to come out that day. I got a text message in response saying he was caught up on another job, he was apologetic. I fully understand since he has so many great reviews, he must be a busy plumber! So we scheduled for him to come out two days later. I had to leave work early again to wait for him and again he no showed. Not a phone call, not a text message, nothing! Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

I get that things can come up but it is UNPROFESSIONAL and a LACK of common courtesy to not contact me if he is going to be late or not show up. A complete WASTE of my time and a non-functioning shower waiting on him to show up. I still haven't heard from him and it's been a week.

Nick might be a great plumber but I would never know that. I would NOT recommend him.

Nick was awesome. He resolved my ongoing clogged toilet issue that I was unable to fix with an auger! He arrived on time, was very considerate wth taking his shoes off, closing the exterior door, and using drop cloths to keep the bathroom floor clean. Very friendly too. He indicated his process for troubleshooting and explained where issues could be. He was great and I would highly recommend him.

The customer service and work is second to none. Nick came to my house the morning after Christmas to assist us and he was there in no time. He makes sure the job is done right, cleans up and is very pleasant to work with! Highly recommend NJ Plumbing

We had water all over our bathroom floor over the weekend and I waited until Monday to call Nick at NJ Plumbing. He answered the phone right away after opening hours and set a time a few hours later to come out, which he did right on time. We have an older house with some outdated plumbing, but he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right away. Problem solved! Very reasonable amount. Will use again and will recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done!

I heard about Nick Judd from neighbors on the Nextdoor app when researching who to call to help with a leak under the kitchen sink. I called Nick on Friday and his crew was already working in SF for the day. They could come after (depending onetime of when they finished) or he could come on Saturday. I opted for Saturday morning at 8.

Promptly at 8 am, Tim showed up and easily figured out what was happening. He replaced two hoses and a T joint and tested everything out in about an hour. Tim was very professional and did a good job. I recommend NJ Plumbing!

I am very impressed with Nick Judd. He was very nice and professional, both on the phone and in person. He arrived on time and assessed how long the work would take him. His rates were extremely reasonable, and they actually finished more than half hour earlier than expected. The work was done properly and neatly. They put down moving pads on the hardwood floor while working on the kitchen sink. They were also very neat and clean in the bathroom. They cleaned up after themselves.
It was a pleasure to have them in our home and I highly recommend their services. I would definitely use him again.

Incredible service - and very knowledgeable - true professional which is so rare in today's marketplace. I called at about 2 minutes to 5 pm with a running toilet problem and while he could not come to the house to fix it, he attempted to diagnose the problem by phone - and when that failed, he helped me stem the problem by turning off the water to the toilet. He promised to arrive by 9 am the next day and the next morning he called to see if it was alright to come earlier. On site he diagnosed the problem (c 1938 toilet w/failing parts), provided options and remedied everything within 1.25 hours at a very reasonable cost. In addition, he was accompanied by a young man he was training - and he was a great teacher/coach. Although I originally selected him at random - based upon his office location and Yelp reviews, I can't imagine why I would ever call any other plumber for my future needs.

Nick is the best!! I have used his plumbing services several times. A few clogged drains, a new garbage disposal, and a new water heater. Nick has never let me down. He is efficient, punctual, and friendly. Nick is very knowledgable about any plumbing issue you may have. Even installing a new water heater was a breeze for Nick and his crew. Nick also has great prices. I had called other plumbers before, but Nick has always been quicker and his prices have always been better. I definitely would recommend Nick to anyone looking for a plumber and Nick is the only person I call for any plumbing issues.

Great team work and professional crew. Nick is very personable and goes the extra mile always. Price is very favorable to other quotes I got and job very well and fast done! I had them provide proper gas and water extension to my new grill island outdoors and it was quite an extensive job, they did not cut corners and gave me all options of doing it right. Very professional.
