NJ is my go to plumber. Look no further for an honest, family owned, service oriented business. They stand out for Johanna's quick email responses and scheduling and great employees. (As I understand, the employees don't work on commission.) I've used Fadi twice for fairly big jobs. Fadi is honest, quotes a fair price and goes out of his way to make the customer happy. He does the job right, cleans the worksite (!) and even moved an old sink to my basement. He was the only plumber able to solve my mystery pipe banging issue (yay, no banging pipes waking us up at night!) and recently plumbed our washing machine, sinks and replaced pipes. I will only use NJ and always ask for Fadi.

NJ Plumbing saved me big time last week, when I had one of the biggest events of the year for work and my son called freaking out that our water heater was leaking. I couldn't leave work to get home to the terribly leaking water heater, but had my son leave a door open for Nick and his crew. In less than an hour, he was up at my house, cleaning up the mess and installing a new water heater. They were prompt, efficient and did a great job. The new water heater is much nicer than my last one too, with a better set up in the garage than the last. Thank you to Nick and his crew. Highly recommend!

I found out about NJ Plumbing on Nextdoor and a THANK YOU to those who posted about them. Fadi just finished at my house and what a relief!! I had disgusting, black, muddy looking water in my upstairs bathtub which had been sitting for about 36 hours. He fixed that up plus checked everything else out in my house. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Nick has saved us again. This time our sewer line which is old was clogged and my contractor had me believing that i needed to update the whole line for $6000. Nick came with a snake, blader hose and camera and help us pin point the exact problem area. After 30mins he said he could fix the problem the next day for $800. He came and made almost no mess, fixed our problem and now we can use our bathrooms! Love this guy!!!!!!!!!

I called NJ Plumbing when we noticed our bathroom faucet was severely clogged. Nick responded quickly and sent out one of his employees to help me. Fadi showed up and was very professional. He got right to work and snaked the drain for me. He also noticed that we had a minor leak in our P Trap, so he replaced that while he was on site as well. He also gave me some tips on how to keep our old pipes from clogging in the future. I had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend them for your plumbing issues.

I had a really great experience today with NJ Plumbing. They didn't ask me to write anything so this is purely at my own will. I don't write many reviews, but these guys deserve one. I reached out to two other plumbers. One, I reached out to yesterday and they didn't get back to me until today. That plumber came out and gave me an estimate and it was outrageous! I called NJ and they were at my home less than an hour later!!

I spoke to Johanna on the phone and she was really friendly and genuine. She was upfront with a guess to the cost. I already knew what the issue was, I just needed a professional to fix it. 45 minutes later, Nestor and Tony were at my place. They were both really friendly and personable. And, they liked my dogs, which is a bonus! Who doesn't like it when people like your kids? :) They were both very down to earth, genuine, and honest. I enjoyed watching and learning as they fixed my issue. They also educated me a little bit, which was nice. In the end, they charged me a little less than quoted, which was also really appreciated. Their price was so much more reasonable than some other larger companies in the San Mateo area.

I had such a good experience, I'll be calling them again to install a filter system in my home next. If every experience is like mine, I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat!! Thanks a lot, NJ, for great experience!!

A friend recommended them to me on FB. I immediately called Johanna the Office Manager. She was very courteous and helpful. Owner Nick and Tony showed up 45 min later on MLK Day. They were extremely nice and knowledgeable! Fixed our plumbing issue and offered advice. Both had great personalities and the rates are extremely honest. I highly recommend this team and am glad they serve our community!

After a huge F UP from a plumbing company we originally hired, NJ plumbing came to the rescue to finish the unfinished and unprofessional job that was left behind.

We met with Nick and Nes who are both honest and very upfront, all along keeping it very professional. I can only imagine the rest of the crew carry the same qualities.

Although they ""only"" did the finishing touches to complete our bathrooms, I can already tell they enjoy what they do and they are great at doing it. Their time, efforts and results were profound.

It's a huge bummer my husband and I didn't find NJ plumbing sooner, I can ensure you if I had hired them in the first place the job would have surpassed what we encountered with the other plumbing company.

Nick can work within your budget and his crew will definitely handle the job in a timely manner (unlike the plumbing company we dealt with). Save yourself the time and hire NJ Plumbing. Trust me, You won't regret it!!
