NJ plumbing is one of the most pleasant parts of my construction job. Nick and his team (Nestor, Tony, Gary, et al) and they have been courteous, humorous, and experts. Nick is always available to answer additional questions and his pricing is fair.

On a separate note, I also appreciate how he provides training for plumbers-to-be and treats them fairly and motivates them in their work. He has good people working for him and they are professional in their approach to their job.

Thanks NJ plumbing for making me laugh with your jokes and taking good care of my plumbing with no problem.

When you have a 70 year old house, it's imperative you have good repair people on speed dial/text. Enter Nick Judd.

When I came home last Wednesday night, there was water all over the garage floor from a water heater gone kaput. I turned off the gas and water and start draining it, and quickly texted Nick (BTW, he lives in my neighborhood, how's that for convenience?!).

He quoted the cost for the replacement and we set up a time for him to come out the next day. He and his team were on time, and we had hot water again in just a couple of hours. He gave me tips to maintain the new water heater and took away the old one. Thanks Nick!

I called NJ Plumbing to have someone look at our water heater that was off after our garage got flooded from the bathroom above. I assumed it may have shorted out. NJ Plumbing was willing to come right out to look at it but before they confirmed an appointment, Joanne walked me through the re-lighting of the pilot light to see if that was all I needed to do. Now I have already tried it but she walked me through the process again. That worked, and saved me a service call. I appreciate their help and not just booking a service call for a fee. I will be adding NJ Plumbing to my contacts list for the future.

Our two-yr-old waterheater suddenly stopped heating on Memorial Day weekend. We asked friends for referrals and got NJ Plumbing. We called and got a clear explanation of rates (regular and overtime). Nick came out the next business day and replaced our pilot light assembly (supplied/shipped by the manufacturer) in less than an hour. Quick response via email (I was having problems with text and couldn't send photos of my heater), friendly staff (wife/manager was delightful), and thorough (cleaned up area surrounding the heater). Nick's thoughtful and sharp: told us how to maintain the area around the waterheater, wore a t-shirt with his branding on it, and responded with an email invoice within a day. Would use NJ again.

Fadi was prompt and was able to diagnose the problem with our shower control quickly, find the part, and get it replaced in a reasonable time. Clean and neat. Hopefully we won't need to do this again anytime soon, but we'll call NJ again for our plumbing needs.

I have used many different plumbing services in the past, and have not been completely satisfied with the service. NJ plumbing surpassed my expectations! I sent photos of the main water shut-off valve, which needed to be replaced; it was located in a corner and difficult to access.

NJ plumbing responded with a competitive quote and came out the following day. Nick, the business owner, came by to assist and the two workers finished the job in 45 min. Their performance and friendliness was outstanding. I was very impressed. To top it off, Nick modified the billing and actually charged me less than the original quote, because the job took less than he initially thought.

I described the problem on my water heater and they quoted $225 but came out and saw it was a simpler fix and charged me less at $175. They could have charged me $225 and I would not have been the wiser. And then they told me how to prevent problems in the future.

Nick the manager is efficient and personable and he was able to fix it the same day so we can have hot water right away. The other companies had to wait 1-2 days for parts. Nick made calls and picked up the parts that same day to make it happen. Its rare to get professional honest help like this these days.

NJ Plumbing Rocks. We started working with Nick several years ago. He was always quick to return our calls and flexible in scheduling his visits. Even better, he would show up on-time! It is no surprise to me that his business is growing and he has had to hire additional plumbers. Nick seems to also have an eye for talent. Fadi Ayaad, one of Nick's plumbers, has been to our house twice to fix our shower. I was pretty sure we would need a replacement of our valves but Fadi somehow always finds a trick to keep our old valves functioning. I was impressed!

Very nice knowledgeable and does the job very quickly. Had Nick's change my main water faucet handle that broke off. Faucet is located outside so I left a check in an envelope and he came fixed and no further problems, I'm very satisfied. Called Nick's again when the faucet in my utility sink in my garage was leaking like crazy. The plumber came over changed a washer inside the handle and it works fine again. Plus it's a very old faucet.
