Good job for a good price. The guys that came out were friendly and professional. The woman in the office however could use some training in proper phone etiquette & customer service when clients call in with any invoice concerns. Have to agree with the other reviews she can be rude and defensive when someone does not agree with her.

Honestly didn't want to write this review however after being left with a mess i felt I needed to write a review and I think I'm calm enough now to write this so here it goes: a few months back we called MZ plumbing to help fix our main floor shower (granted the tub has a crack so it will continue to leak and we know this) the two guys who showed up were here for over an hour and didn't do anything except take the existing knobs and left the shower useless. After discovering that the shower was inoperable after paying for a service call fee and hourly rates, we called and had them come back to at least fix their mistake. They made right on that (or so we thought) but a week after they were here I get another $100 bill for ""parts"" (parts that they took from us in the first place). The shower works which is good but they reversed the orientation of the knobs. If it weren't for the rude customer service from the office and the extra bill I would've at least given 3 stars since they did get the shower to work. Personally, I would spend my money elsewhere if you're looking for plumbing work

Very simple- Moe saved my life. My washing machine exploded late one evening. He came right over, understood immediately what was going on. Never gave up and even tolerated and took the time to answer my stupid questions and calmly explain why my suggestions would not work.
He was professional, courteous and respectful while I was in a state of panic as I looked at the flood in my basement.
I would recommend his services.

Extremely happy the service. They came out so quickly I could not believe it! He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and was able to provide me with solutions for cleanup (water in the basement but not deep enough for them to clean it up).
