My kitchen sink dropped the day before the snow storm this week. Myers and Myers plumbing was in constant contact with me from my initial request. He came out in the midst of the storm to fix my sink. He explained the process, was polite, respectful and didn't over charge me for the service. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Excellent service! I'll definitely be using them again.

Bottom line: this plumber did amazing to find the best and most affordable solution to our shower drain leak problem. Where other plumbers were quoting over $250 just for a simple diagnostic fee, Myers and Myers proactively worked with us during the estimate visit to figure out the root cause, taking time to think through and inspect all possibilities without cutting into the walls. In the end, Montelis creatively solved the issue and we didn't have to open the ceiling at all, with minimal parts cost. Nice to have a provider who you can trust to keep costs low and not just charge ahead opening walls. Repair work itself was quickly and professionally installed. Would definitely use again.

Moncelo, the owner surprised me by showing up when he had an extremely busy day but managed to fit me in. My garbage disposal had been out for 2 weeks and after trying to reach several professionals I was ready to try the install myself.

Good thing I didn't. The install was done efficiently and quickly. No more leaky or noisy garbage disposal in about 20 minutes if you want plumbing done right, reach out to Myers & Myers Plumbing. I am glad I did!!!

Our appointment was scheduled between 12-2pm. He showed up 1.5 hours late.
When he arrived he asked what the problem was but in my service request I had already asked for an anode replacement for my hot water heater. He did not have the part and I did not want to wait further time for him to come back so we said we would meet back up next weekend.
A short time later I received an invoice for $125 even though no work was performed. When questioned he said I indicated that I had the parts. I'm attaching the screenshot of our messages where I clearly made zero indication of having the part. Before I could even respond to that question he said it was a $250 flat rate so I assumed it included the part. I've included screenshots of the entirety of our communication.
I paid the invoice even though no work was done. Needless to say I am not satisfied.
I hope that communication with future clients is improved upon.

Myers & Myers provides exceptional service and this is the most customer friendly service in the DMV. They give an exact estimated of their time or arrival, do a great job and provide white glove treatment to the customer. The owner himself is the one who you communicate with directly and he follows up after completion of the work order. I find this team one of the best in the DMV. He solved a hot water & pressure problem a few other folks made excuses for. I give these guys a 10/10!
